I would not hire them to survey my driveway. Paid (over paid compared to others I've used) to do a simple 78 acres split into 4 tracts. Buyers have been waiting over 5 weeks and although Heritage has been paid in full the job still has not been completed. Always the same answer "it will be early next week". If it were up to me I would have told the realtor (Cody Smith) I'll get my own surveyor... Someone hungry for work.

Heritage land services did an outstanding job on a plat survey for our property. They were great to work with, very thorough, professional, and responsive. I would definitely recommend them for any of your land services needs.

Heritage land services were fast and friendly. This was my first home and I needed to know where my property lines were and they were very detailed and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company.
