They never return calls and don’t care when appliances are back ordered for months. They do supply temporary appliances but they have problems.
Brad, Doug and Glenn are the best counter guys I’ve ever seen in my life. They are the reason I never go anywhere else

I have to say that the level of customer service I receive from ferguson is great! Chris and Luis Merly are always very helpful and always help me with all of my plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough great things about the customer service here! Chris Vaught and Lewis were so helpful in getting me the quality of appliances and fixtures I wanted and helped me stay in budget. We ordered all our appliances from them. Have already recommended them to a friend working on a remodel.
