If I could give zero stars I would! You don't treat your customers like they are morons when they come into your business seeking assistance! Getting smart with them is no way to run a business! Not everyone is a plumber so instead of being disrespectful and talking down to someone why not try to assist them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT SHOP HERE OR SEEK ANY ADVICE!
