East Alabama Home Inspectors has to be one of if not the very best Home Inspectors in the United States. Not only is Brad Harwell patient but his knowledge and dedication is unmatched among the Inspectors I’ve had in the past (And I’ve had many). He took the time out to explain even the finest details of the inspection and furthermore contacted the Real Estate agent on my behalf making my home buying process far easier for me as I am currently living in Baltimore Maryland. I would recommend them over anyone in Alabama as their service, punctuality and attention to detail should serve as a blueprint to the competition!! Rude, unprofessional, probably no fun at Christmas parties! I have an issue with being told what I need before I can state the problem. Apparently I’m not sensible because I only want Mold inspection, when he is clearly offering a cheaper price with a package deal. I can’t afford the power bill after the inspection, but I’m relieved to know my sewage probably won’t have any issues the next 5 years. Whatever you do don’t ask for an email to explain or interpret what a radon and other tests may be. He says “ he just isn’t going to send an email out so people can shop around”.

The inspection he provided was extremely thorough with very detailed writing and pictures as data to back up what he saw. Additionally, he made a point to call and explain everything he said in great detail, ensured I understood all the topics we discussed, and answered all questions I had.
