STAY AWAY. My home was “serviced” over a month ago after my dryer was having issues. I had an Electrolux and was told an experienced technician would be coming to fix it. While “fixing” my dryer, the “expert” technician threw away a necessary part to the addition. Now, after calling this company several times with no answer and the technician never bringing the part back, I am out over $500. This is unacceptable and I will never be using this company again.

The guy was very professional and prompt. He figured out the problem with my freezer and fixed it immediately and got me back to running again. He came to me first thing in the morning so there was no call as to him being on his way. That would have been appreciated but I am grateful nonetheless. Great job.

They have a very clear business model: collect $100 “diagnostic” visit fees and then quote you an insane amount for repairs. Be wary of this company! They will charge a $100 “diagnostic” fee that takes only 5 minutes. They require that to give you a quote. I already knew my washer needed a drain pump motor replacement and they charged $100 just to confirm. They want $462 just for a simple drain pump motor replacement!! I could just buy a brand new nice washer for $200 more. I am doing the replacement myself and will never call this company again. Absolute rip off and they should communicate the $100 fee up front.

Prompt set up of appointments. Repairman was professional and fixed issues with two different appliances, refrigerator and freezer. We have used this company previously and have been pleased with their service on both calls. They are also reasonably priced.

Had a fantastic experience with Mr. Appliance when my dryer’s heating element went out. I guessed that was the issue going into it and the office connected me to Marcus who gave me an accurate quote and my schedule was the only reason he couldn’t come out same-day. When he came the following day he was even early (which was fine - I had said in making the appointment I’d be available all day) and took less than an hour to replace the part. Hopefully won’t need any more appliance repairs soon, but when I do will definitely give Mr. Appliance a call.

Very efficient and knowledgeable. They were also very quick. They repaired my dishwasher. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is I thought the initial diagnostic visit was a little expensive. It did apply to the repair though.

They did a very good job fixing my refrigerator. They were there the same day, ordered the part and installed 2 days later. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have an older 40 inch oven that wasn’t heating to temperature. It would get to 250 and not any hotter. I didn’t want to replace it as this is not a standard size and almost impossible to find. Caleb from Mr. appliance came and took out the part and it was sent for repair and came back in two weeks. Oven works perfectly. I really appreciate the fact that they give you a 2 hour window and a text letting you know when they are on the way. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Marcus was amazing…I’ve never had a repairman be as efficiency, kind, courteous & knowledgeable in my entire life. We will use Mr. Appliance Over The Mountain for all of our appliances when needed.
