Called OTM because my washer stopped working, not sure why. They replaced lid switch and control board however did not fix the washer. Diagnostics was not thorough. After the replacing the parts and ran a drain/spin. Repairmen left assuring me the washer was working. It was not. Washer needed additional repairs.

Very professional and trustworthy. Came on time and finished without any mess left behind. Replaced a suspension rod and the washer has never worked better! If I had known, would've had it repaired a long time ago. Great company.

Same day service! Called and asked if he could come EARLIER than the appointment time, which was great. Was honest, communicative, and let me know exactly what he thought was wrong with my refrigerator and what it would cost if it ended up being something else instead. Did I mention affordable, too? Can't recommend highly enough. Whenever I need another appliance repaired, I know who I'm going to call, and it ain't the Ghostbusters.

Carter was able to diagnose our problem with a built-in microwave and stacked washing machine, leave and get the needed parts, return and complete all repairs in just two hours. He showed me what was causing our problems and was absolutely fair on price. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend!!!

Very professional. On time, diagnosed and fixed our fridge sane day. We will definitely be calling Carter for future appliance repairs. Dependable, communication was great. We were notified when he was in route and what time to expect him. Highly recommend his company.
