With each passing day it is harder to find a nice reputable company staffed with kind caring people, this place fixed a Ryobi backpack blower that I could not get cranked and before they wrote up a warranty ticket for it they checked it themselves and I found I was trying to start incorrectly, and they refused to take my money after they showed me my error. I highly recommend this company.

Convenient to downtown areas, nice folks & provided as promised. I rented a small auger (for 1/2 day job) that the pin broke while using it. I brought it back and their people repaired it well, albeit taking an hour. Because of that, the store allowed me to keep unit for whole day for the 1/2 day rate - nice move from Aabco

What a wonderful, service-oriented business this is. I’ve used them for years either to rent equipment and I’ve purchased from them as well - new and used. Their equipment is top-notch and their service is OLD SCHOOL good! I needed a part for my Stihl FS91 string trimmer which nobody (including Aabco) had new in stock. They pulled the part I needed off of a used model they had and got me back to my job-in-progress. It’s hard to find that kind of service anymore. I always look forward to doing business with these folks.

I went there to get a pressure washer fixed and I was greeted with welcomes and they walked me through the process of what was going to be fixed and what was wrong with it. Unfortunately, COVID slowed the shipping of the part so it was taking a while and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure I had the equipment that I needed for the jobs that I had. If you have problems with your small engines or need to rent quality equipment you have found your place. Aabco rents has gained me as a long time customer and you should give them a shot; you won’t be disappointed!

I brought in my pressure washer on 10 June 2020. I was told it would take a week to fix. On day 1 I was quoted a price of 200 dollars to fix. I was called the next week with a price increase 350 dollars to fix the seals on the pump. We agreed on this price. i called two weeks later on a status of the repair shipping was slow they say. The company called me on 21 July 2020 and said its now the pump that needs replacement and not the seals do to a crack in the pump with a new cost of 530 dollars i declined that offer. I picked up unit on 24 July 2020 went online and found the same pump for 230 dollars from lowes on 27 July 2020 it arrived on 29 July 2020 it is only 4 bolts to remove and slide off the old pump and slide the new pump on and tighten the 4 bolts back on it take less than 5 min to get this done. I have not done this work before but it's not hard at all. They were going to charge me 250 dollars in labor for something so simple 4 bolts less than 5 min of work. I don't recommend anyone use Aabco Rents im retired military Navy 20 years service. Please don't use this place.
