Been a scam working here. Loads pay trash. Equipment is beyond old and basic. I mean couldn’t have went any cheaper with the trucks. Home time. You get there when you get there most the time. 27 percent of load pay is BS. They play with numbers to make it look like something else. Communication with dispatch is good but anyone else your on your own. Terminals are no bigger than loves for most part. Dispatch never sends load options. Just sends 1 take it or leave it. Same excuses about freight. Tarp pay is a JOKE. Trucks GO 65…… only cleared 1k one time and been here for 3 months. It’s a reason they do percent. They can’t afford to pay by mile. Owner got greedy and bought to many companies now the workers are being shorted. Typical greed. Stay away from this company. Unless it’s your only option til better comes.

DM are the worst. Your supposed to have three choices and my DM throws whatever is convenient for him. Not for you. The drivers are on the road we know and see what goes on and they want to mess with your pay. Recently the weather was bad and basically DM said suck it up drive through. Even if you didn’t feel safe. Even if warehouses didn’t have electricity or it was impossible to get to them they told us to wait. It’s our time we are wasting out here. They don’t care. P&S are not helping us with these DMs. They take off when we they want yet when you need to take off they threaten you.

If you are new to the industry or want to do flatbed, this is the place to be. I currently work here and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Pay is great, they keep you moving, home on weekends but can stay out if you want. The company is great from the inside out, they have a few things that could be improved but no company is perfect but P&S is right below. I would rate this company 9/10. If you have any questions I’m on TikTok (WillonWheelss)

You better get to Birmingham get you some rest a day before don't let that recruiter talk you into getting here at 3am and you get no rest and all the sudden you have high blood pressure 3 hours later and everyone gets paid but you.

Was not paid for working Memorial Day under the claim that new hires don't get holiday, but I still had to drive 400+ miles that day. After getting hurt, resulting from their faulty/ poorly maintained international, I was not compensated for my time after sitting in a truck all week despite being told I couldn't drive the truck. I also did not receive any compensation for 1000 miles driven with that load despite well over 100 miles being driven with no AC. Tempatures in the truck reached well over 100°f
