Brian is an awesome technician but Katie with customer service is rude and extremely unprofessional. In fact, she is BAD for business.

Hey folks,let me tell you about this tech with Cooks Pest Control; he's been the greatest guy,he's really committed to customer satisfaction. His name is Paul,he really does a great job, so I would recommend him to any one needing an exterminator.

Status: Unresolved, I will edit if resolved. There's some serious issues with "misspeaking" incorrect information to customers, who make budgetary plans based on the incorrect information that was provided. When I called today, the default was to push back to me, telling me I'm wrong, when I have paper documentation in their handwriting of what it was supposed to be. I was originally told I would pay $280 yearly, then March 2024 rolls around, and it's $70. I call to verify that was the correct yearly amount, and they said yes, it's discounted. May 2024 (two months later, not a quarter later), they send out a bill for another $70, and say "oh it's billed quarterly." If you bill every quarter, why has only two months passed? Basically, I stopped putting the $10.77 bi-weekly amount in to the account that I was going to pay Cooks with, so now I have to bust my budget, update it again, because someone can't be responsible at Cooks, and expects me to be responsible for their issues. Plus, the yearly pay option that I was "misinformed" that I was on, is supposed to receive an actual discount of just under $20/year.... which I clearly am not receiving. I cancelled the Residential PPS Max a while back because of this kind of thing, plus getting sprayed with Termidor by the tech, and other shenanigans. Pest control seems to be a revolving door. The excuse is "oh we had a lot of new people." Is that the customer's fault? Really? I paid my (apparently incorrect) billing for a second time today, because I have to leave NOW to go do my driver license renewal..... I don't have the time for this....but this is just another shenanigan that I have to put up with, by people not paying attention, who don't really care about the impact it has on others when they are careless.

My name is Shelia Humes I am a Customer of Cook's Pest Control. I highly recommend Cook's Pest Control to all of my family and friends. I have been using Cook's Pest Control for years. Once my appointment is scheduled they are here to Service my property on time. The technician does a very good job as promised. I don't have to go behind him to make sure that he is doing what my contract states. Also a day or two before the appointment Cook's Pest Control will send me a text message asking me if I need to let the technician know if I am having any pest control problems ahead of time. I highly recommend Cook's Pest Control.

I've been a customer for yrs and I can truly say this company has it right. I've had some issues with mice and being a female I didn't want to touch any traps or really have anything to do with it. So I called cook's over on the Westside of town and they sent a tech out quickly to handle the situation and he did just that and more. This young gentleman has been a few times to service my house but today he really did more than he had to. I'm grateful for Sam the tech who got dirty cleaned up all traps along with leaving a few extra traps and took time to make sure I understood everything going on and he also was going to find out different things we could do to fix the issue.
