Granite Empire does great work and customer service! We should have just bought new cabinets, but we decided to re-use our old wood ones. Picked out our granite, but it didn't sit well on the uneven surface of our cabinets. We called the owner to see what could be done, and he personally came with the crew to make adjustments and get it fitting just right! Thanks so much!
I highly recommend Granite Empire! They installed my kitchen within a week, and the whole process was seamless. Be sure to ask for Maria—she made everything smooth and easy. A truly great experience!

We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire process ( from the sales process to installation the entire process took 7 days) . Marie and Rebecca were great to work with , give them a call if you’re sitting on the fence and wondering which company to go with .

I absolutely loved the level of professionalism and haste in which the used in order to get the job done from the time I spoke with them all the way through installation. They did an awesome job assisting and educating me on which material and design to choose for me home. 10/10 would recommend to any and everyone. (The prices were awesome too)

I got my kitchen countertops installed today and they are great! Maria did an excelent job and was with me from the beginning of the process and until the installation. Wonderful experience. I was impressed how she cares about the customers to be fully satisfied at every step of our project. Her expert advise was really helphul while we were choosing the perfect granite for our kitchen.
GEB did their job great and very quick. It took even less than a week from the moment they took all the meisurments until installation.
When we will be fixing our bathroom, we will definitely call GEB. I highly recommend GEB and Miss Maria!

I just got my bathroom countertops installed today and they are perfect! Rebecca, was with me from the beginning of the process offering her expert advice and she was spot-on with everything! The installer, Rodrigo, was great too! I will be using Granite Empire again and I highly recommend working with Rebecca for your next granite project.

It has been a wonderful experience working with Granite empire. Their turnaround time is great! Ask for Rebecca when you call. She was awesome and kept me informed of every aspect of the process and worked her butt off to make sure that I had my install completed before my deadline! If I could do it all over again I would go somewhere else.
The contract piece was a mess. Unorganized and in my opinion unprofessional. I was given an invoice and contract in which I signed in person. When the day of installation came I asked what the remaining balance was in order to assure my contract was correct. She gave me the incorrect invoice to the contract and I ended up having to pay an additional 400+ dollars. They did nothing to own it and honor what I had signed. Even though as you can see matched what I had and signed in their office. All in all in ended up costing me WAY more then I initially had budgeted aside from the things I still have to fix with underneath the bar on my countertops etc.
The countertops look great. The guys who installed were nice. I did have to pay for plumbing to be fixed from when they removed my faucet and threw away parts to my sink. They threw my sink away too that I made clear I was keeping. They provided a new one after some push back of responsibility. But I also had to pay a plumber for the parts they did not provide with the sink to make it functional.
The only advantage I can say is the countertops were installed a lot sooner than other places by a week to 10 days.

Wonderful experience and absolutely love our new quartz counters! The team at Granite Empire of Birmingham was a pure delight to work with. They were quick to respond and always helpful. The entire process was simple and quick!

They made our granite journey very easy and quick. Brandy was super helpful in store when we were trying to decide on the granite and very easy to reach every time we had questions. They sent someone the next day to take the measurements and within a week, our project was done. The installers worked quickly and professionally. We are very pleased with the final product!
