A few years back I needed some roof repairs done and, after making several calls, I decided to contract with Cardinal Roofing for the job. The communication, from start to finish, exceeded my expectations. The work was performed in a timely manner, the job site was left in a tidy condition, the price was fair, and it does not leak. Recently, I had to have some additional repairs done, basically re-roofing the opposite slope of the building, and so I called Cardinal Roofing back and asked for Jerome, who handled all the logistics the last time. Jerome represents CR very well. His communication is very good and, once again, the work was done timely, neatly, and for a fair price. There have been a few heavy rains since this recent repair, and there are no leaks. I highly recommend Cardinal Roofing.

Mary-Margaret is the absolute best at breaking down every aspect of the process, was very patient during the many questions my wife and I had during the presentation. She was responsive, answered my phone calls/texts in a timely manner and was very pleasant & kind everytime. She is a very valuable asset to the company. I would definitely recommend Cardinal and specifically Mary-Margaret; she was an absolute gem!! (The roofing crew arrived on time the day of the installation and were very respectful, professional, and efficient. When they left for the day, one would not have known that the roof had been replaced, since they cleaned up every shingle and other debris then throughly swept the grounds for stray nails.) The service started out well. Daniel gave me a quote and recommended services. However, once the actual work began there were inconsistencies. I was sent a bill before work was even complete. There were screws and glue left on my roof and I had to call them back out because they didnt take down the satellite dish or putty/paint. Instead of relocating downspouts they just attached hoses and when I made a comment, Kristie was very unprofessional and rude as if she were the one coming out to correct the mistakes or paying $2000 for poor quality work. Then they said that the work was done as best it could be due to having several layers of shingles on the roof. However, when I asked for a quote to have the shingles removed and roof redone, it was never sent. I am just glad to be done with this company.
