We thoroughly enjoyed our visit from Southern Industries Home Improvement - Birmingham. Bobby York was our technician and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was very passionate about his presentation/demonstration and the delivery was perfect and engaging! Bobby was very patient with us and answered all of our questions completely! We are looking forward to our windows installation!
My experience with Noah was very warm and friendly . He was very polite and informative and also through in his delivery of the information that was needed to try and make a decision. He answered all my questions very professionally. I didn't expect them to be as expensive as they were. I appreciated the time taken to make sure I understood the product. Thank you Noah!

We met Noah Pillault who represented Southern Industries and immediately we were hooked. The presentation he gave was professional and easy to follow. We liked the materials presented to us and the price was great. They turned our bathtub into a beautiful walk-in-shower. We just love the quickness in which it was done, one day and we even had a power failure. The workers work right on through that and got the job done.

Was not happy with the fit of the windows. When they were installed I could see light around the top of the window. Installer was not going to do anything to fill in this area. They put trim on the outside and inside and you could not see the light. It was satisfactory to them. Not to me. The installer put calk in the area. Where the light was. Does not seem like that should have to happen!
