The quality and finishing touches are in the fine print. Yes, Pella makes a great product and these people supply a great product, however, if you count on them to install Your doors rest assure, you need to read the fine print!!! They left me with one door without handles or deadbolt, and they left me another door without the finishing product completed as I would’ve expected to include the wood inside frame painted. No big deal, it was only 16,000$ for 2 doors.
For my fellow semi-truck drivers delivering to this location.
You will dock on door #3. It's not numbered, but 2&4 are numbered. You may have to back between 2 box trucks, but there is a faint blue line on the drivers side of the dock to help you get straight.
My appointment was for 7am. I showed up and docked myself at 5am took a nap till 7am. The dock workers are friendly enough. Don't be an a-hole to them. They will probably show you the same courtesy.

Continuing post form two weeks ago. Have left two messages for the General Manger , Jeremy Coffey to try to get an update or satisfaction to my previous issue. Apparently do not rate a return call. Will call again today, but if no answer, I will post my experience on FB , Lake Martin sites until I hear

We recently had a replacement door put in. The temperature change in the room was noticeable the first night. Everything about the door feels like quality. Chris was knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient with the process. The shipment of the unit was as promised and install crew did a great job. Glad we chose Pella .

Chris Raco was our salesman with Pella windows. Great experience! I do not like to feel rushed or pressured with a decision and I never felt that way with Chris. He was very knowledgeable and most of professional. Positive interaction great experience

We had a large shattered window in the kitchen breakfast room that was broken by the neighborhood landscaping company which their insurance took care of so we called Pella. They were very responsive. We had the original specs on the window which they still had records of from 15 yrs. earlier. They ordered the window and it came in even faster than they had said. The installers called ahead of time and did an awesome quick and clean job. They went the extra mile and adjusted our cathedral front door that was sticking without being asked. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who has needs for their services.

I was unsure about spending this kind of money on windows for my new home. I had already paid for windows that were in stock and the building supply company refunded my money and had Chris to call me. Chris was so nice and took so much time with me. He taught me how Pella windows were made and the materials that was used in Pella windows that sets them apart from the rest. After speaking to Chris there was no way that I was going to put cheap windows in my new home! Chris is a valuable asset to the Pella window company. It felt like I had known Chris all of my life when I hung up the phone. He is so down to earth and friendly. I highly recommend Chris Meadows for all your window needs because he is a very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional trade representative for the Pella window company. I’m so thankful that God crossed our paths and my new home will have the best windows. I have made a new friend also along the way :)

We are extremely happy with Pella and Chris Meadows. Chris was very helpful throughout our whole remodel and even keeps in touch after the job was completed. The product he sells is excellent but his word and honesty is even better. He never made an promises he couldn't keep and we are very thankful.

I've been dealing with Chris Meadows for about 2 years on various projects. He's consistently gone above and beyond with his willingness to accommodate the needs of customers. Pella windows and doors are great products in general, but the customer service provided by Chris is the reason for my consistent Pella orders.
