We had such a great experience with Window World. Our sales rep Steven was great and answered all our questions. He was efficient and incredibly helpful when we were deciding what we wanted. The quote we got was way under what we could’ve gotten elsewhere. The wait time was 8-10 weeks and they hit it right on. We ordered 12/15 and had everything installed 2/8. The install crew was awesome! They were very friendly and made sure to double check everything. They just popped the old windows out and popped the new ones in! Even caulked so it looks clean and incredible. We are SO happy!!!! The double paned glass makes everything quiet, and it’s been so nice to finally be able to open out windows and let cool air in! The front doors are even better!!!! They’re perfect! The install crew had quite a bit of work to do with taking out the old frame, but they made it work and made it look incredible. Even replaced the trim around the door inside and out!
On April 9, 2024 we met with Dan Foster. What a patient and knowledgeable guy!
At the end of that meeting we were under contract for 28 new windows. Price was reasonable and what a great warranty.

June 13, 2024 - Installation Day!
At 9:30 a crew arrived and started to set up for a long day.
Two members of the crew, Eric and Katie, confirmed all the window measurements and then unloaded the trailer; we were missing one window.
That window was relayed to our house from the warehouse by Devonte (I hope I got his name correct). I could not believe he delivered the missing window; thought for sure we'd need to schedule a follow-up day.
We have eight 4x6 picture windows and the crew was amazing removing the old and installing the new.
At no time was any crew member just standing around; this crew worked as a team.
They were friendly and cleaned up everything.
The project wrapped up at 4:45; 28 new windows installed. All windows had caulking inside and out and the trim is beautiful.
There was an immediate noticeable difference with the temperature consistency in the house. Eager to see AC/Heat bill savings...
Take this review for what it is...a very happy customer who has brand new windows with an unbeatable warranty!!

New Update - 5/02/2024 - Window World office reached out to me today and quickly sent someone over to temporarily place some brick mould on the exterior of the door, finished the inside casing and adjusted the door to take care of the gap. I appreciate the quick response very much and the installer is great. I bumped up the score another star. Once the outside permanent brick mould is received and installed and the finish trim on the inside and outside on the bottom of the door is completed and matches the brown color of the door, I am hoping to bump this up to 5 stars with updated pics. Please keep communicating with me Window World and let me know as soon as the brick mould is in. That communication means a lot.
5/01/2024 Post - I ordered a front entry door on January 17, 2024, and they stated it could take about 8 weeks for the door to come in. I waited about 8 weeks waiting to get the call that the door came in, but no one called me, so I had to reach out to the salesman on March 15th to find out what's going on. He stated the door came in, although no one bothered to call me to scheduled installation. I had to call their office to schedule installation. They scheduled that for March 22nd, but cancelled it because of a chance of rain. Got zero rain that day. The install got rescheduled for April 7th. And on April 7th, they partially installed it. They forgot to order the brick mould and that would need to be ordered. I was informed by the installer that usually takes about 4 weeks to come in. He apologized, but I never heard a peep from anyone from their corporate office on their mistake. I called again today, May 1st to check the status of the brick mould and was told it's going to be ANOTHER MONTH! Also, the inside trim didn't get done because the installer didn't have a miter saw. Now we are looking at the end of May for the door possibly being completely installed. Half of year to get just one entry door installed. It's pretty disheartening and disappointing. I wanted to feel good about the $6,000 of my hard earned money being spent, but I feel like a fool. If this is the customer service you want, this is your place. I would never spend a penny to have them do my windows.
I have a gap at the top of the door where you can see sunlight. The outer perimeter of the door is exposed to the outside and will continue to be until this company makes this right. And the inside trim is just the trim from the old door that was just nailed back on. How can I be expected to feel OK with this? Is this typical these days? Two people from Window World came out to check everything before they placed the order and it still was wrong. I should not have to wait months to get something that should have been sent with the original door install.
I hate leaving negative reviews and hardly ever do, but this one hits hard. I feel like I made a horrible mistake.

Absolutely outstanding job! The team worked hard and were very kind! They cleaned up everything once they were finished. In the picture, the top is before and bottom is after. Absolutely love the quality and product. We will be using this same team for the basement windows when we are ready to knock them out, as well. I also want to say how kind and professional our sales rep, Dan, was. He kept us informed every step of the way, and went above and beyond!

Dustin was fantastic. Super friendly and done a great job of cleaning up behind himself. I couldn't even tell he had been there when he was finished.

The entire experience from start to finish was fantastic! The crew Otacilio including Otaceleo, Nicholas & Rufema are what made this entire process a 5/5 for us! They were on time, extremely friendly, hardworking & cleaned up everyday! This project took 3 days! Some nights they worked until 8:00pm! We had a sunroom built which included framing & installing 23 windows & a door! I highly recommend Window World & remember to ask for this crew! They were the BEST!

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how impressed we were with the crew that was here. It was like a well oiled machine, each person knew what their tasks were, and they just did it. Their courtesy and professionalism went beyond expectations. Amazed all windows were out and back in, in 1 day.
Hopefully, we won't ever need any service for the windows but if we do, I'm sure the customer service will not disappoint.

Great job by Window World Birmingham! Completely changed the look of my old house! They were on time, cleaned up their mess, perfect work! So thankful I chose Window World! Provided some before and after photos to see the overall transformation.
