Should of been a red flag with a 3.1 rating. Knowing what I know now I wouldn't count on Brad Miller to do anything he says he'll do. I was told he would get back with me yesterday and of course no call. I called this morning and talked to Brad and he said he would get back with me today after lunch. Here it is almost 6pm so I called him and he comes up with a excuse. Long story short my time is valuable as the next guy so I'm done with him. I gave him a chance to still come by this evening and asked was he going to come or not and he said just dont worry about it. 2 days wasted for nothing.

BEWARE--NO CALL/NO SHOW!! We had contacted Big M on Friday to schedule hauling services for the upcoming Tuesday morning. We confirmed the date and time with Brad Miller, and re-confirmed on that Sunday. Come Tuesday morning, no trucks showed. We called and texted Brad several times that morning, to which we still have not received a response. We called the main office and were informed that Brad was calling on the other line and that the urgent message we left would be immediately given to him--still no response. We had our foreman, whose cell phone has an Alabama area code, call him and what do you know--Brad answered! He claimed that the trucks were "looking for the site" and couldn't find it, despite being provided the cross section nearest the site verbally, and the exact GPS coordinates and corresponding Google Maps link being sent via text message. He allegedly was rerouting the trucks, but eventually notified the foreman that they would not be able to come out and instead provided three other companies that may be able to help us out. By this time, it was about 11am and no trucks were available as they had already been sent out for the day. Needless to say, this was an extremely unprofessional and expensive experience that cost us a days worth of man hours for 3 employees--and not even a phone call, text message, or email to even apologize, much less a proposal to make things right... I would highly recommend searching elsewhere for your hauling and excavating needs.

Built themselves in the middle of neighborhoods years ago, tore down my privacy fence with an empty promise that they'd build it back, built up the land so that my back yard floods for days on end every time it rains, and makes a huge ruckus to the point that my house is always shaking at all times, never used their services, just feel that it's a bad location where people live.
