Paid them $1000 to install a new double fence gate, now it's been around 6 months and the gate is borderline unusable because it sags so much. Upon installation some of the front facing boards were split vertically down the middle, and the bottom was uneven. 2nd picture is on first install, 1st is after 6 months.

We want to thank Jamie and Clint for doing our fence. FenceMasters is a great reputable company. Our fence has been up for nearly 3 years now and have not had an issue yet. We have noticed that other vinyl fences in the neighborhood that have been constructed by other contractors have either been blown down in certain spots of their fence, due to the seems not being tight, or they are not squared up on the corners. If you want a fence done right the first time, call FenceMasters. They also do concrete work if you are interested.

We contracted with FenceMasters for a large (> 300 ft) shadow-box fence for our backyard, in preparation for a new pool. The City of Madison has some new, and quite strict, requirements for pool fences (Picket spacing < 1.75 inches; auto-close latches; height requirements etc). FenceMasters did a great job with the fence construction. They communicated with the city inspector to make sure they understood the requirements. The owner, Clint, came onsite three times to make sure the crew built the fence properly. I was impressed with his professionalism and communications.

I called fence masters a few weeks ago to come out and fix our fence! It had got a lot of damage from the storms! Jamie was the sweetest and so helpful she gave me an estimate and they were able to fix our fence very quickly! The crew was very nice too and they got the job done! They did a wonderful job on our fence! They also cleaned up the old fence for us too! I can’t recommend fence masters enough! We will be using them again in the near future!
