I normally Don't do this, but I'm a little upset about this one! I scheduled an appointment for someone to come out between 10-2 on a Friday. No one showed up, no one called. My wife had taken off that day for this person to come and no one came. Oh and after looking at these other reviews I see that they do this to several people

Called, set up appointment, came by, diagnosed problem, said he’d have to get part and return the next day to complete repair and never called or came back, it’s been over a month now and no response. Would absolutely never recommend. Evidently doesn’t want my money.

I called regarding my dryer and the end result was that after being unplugged and the repair man plugging it in again it worked. Most companies would have charged the service fee but they did not. Nothing better than a honest, fair business. I will not call anyone else for washer and dryer repair

My call was returned promptly by William, the owner and he dispatched a technician very quickly. The tech, Hunter, arrived on time. He was courteous and dressed professionally. More importantly, within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it right away because he had the replacement parts on his truck. Within a short amount of time, he had the machine working great. Before he left, he inspected my dryer and gave me helpful pointers on how to operate it more efficiently. Can't say enough good things about these guys and the business! I definitely recommend them!!

Yes he got it. Thanks. Update: they called and gave us back our $80. Very apologetic and timely. Thank you again. My husband called them out 2 weeks ago to check our dryer. They came up with it being the timer, which we already assumed, and that they "probably had the part in the truck" and that it would be about $150. Said they would come back on Wednesday to fix it. They never called, never showed, and my husband tried calling the office twice, and texted 2 of the guys that he was disappointed, and expected to hear from someone. Eventually he told them to just not even return, not wanting to waste anymore money that we already had. No response. Nothing. $80 wasted for them to tell us what we had a feeling we already knew, to not come back and follow up and fix it. Very unprofessional. Hope they enjoy that free $80.

The nicest, most honest people in the world. They are prompt and go the extra mile. My repairman drove to another town to get belts for my washer. The belts on the truck weren’t the right size. He looked up on his phone where to get them and immediately returned. Once installed and he tested the machine it was determined the motor froze up. I insisted it be fixed and he explained the costs and the possibility of other issues and talked me out of wasting my money. I highly recommend this company. Tina in the office is fantastic. She texted me updates constantly and was very knowledgeable.
