Absolutely a great first time experience getting a potential home inspected! Buck was amazing! He went over things of concern and I had the full report within hours! Definitely recommend him!

Buck inspected 3 houses I was looking to buy, saved me thousands of dollars with the first two by finding numerous major problems. The third house being the charm, he inspected it just last week for me and said in his summary that it was quite a find, nothing major being wrong with some beautiful curb appeal. Buck, I appreciate what you do and all the time you spent helping me make sure that this was the house for me, thank you so very much.

Alabama Home Inspection did an excellent job in the inspection of the house I was wanting to buy. He uncovered dangerous safety issues. He actually reported things he could not inspect
because of things covered up or couldn’t get to because of other things blocking where he needed to be.
I appreciate his thoroughness and honesty.
I would recommend this veteran owned Home inspection team to anyone. Great job, thank you.

This was suppose to be inspected. You can visibly see a crack in the flashing and what appears to be a hole. Why did this pass inspection? It wasn't even addressed in the report. Not even a month into the house and first hard rain has ruined that particular bedroom ceiling. I'm livid!!

Thorough, fair and honest company. Answered questions and communicated clearly. Took time to help us understand everything. CJ was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and down to earth. I called four local inspection services before picking this one based on initial customer service, cost and availability. Highly recommend their service. Chris was an absolutely amazing human and extremely professional in his inspection of our home. He was so thorough and took so many pictures and detailed notes, he left nothing to be wondered or questioned. He was so kind and took so much of his time to explain everything. The report they provide is so detailed and easy to read and understand. You walk away with such a piece of mind knowing that your home was thoroughly inspected. I cannot say enough great things about them!

Absolutely 5 stars. Communication, scheduling and payment processes were excellent. Chris arrived when expected and that evening, I received a full, color coded, easy to read report. I hired him again for a follow up inspection for a very fair price. He was honest and took his time explaining the areas of concern in my house. He’s definitely a buyer’s inspector. Highly recommend.
