I love my new granite counter tops and cabinets in my kitchen and bathrooms! Complete Kitchens did an amazing job and I was blow away by how spacious my new island turned out. The island has a built in drawer for two garbage containers, six cabinets on the sitting side for extra storage and extra counter space for seating and entertainment! The cabinets in the kitchen go to the ceiling with crown molding and finishing touches underneath. Complete Kitchens was very professional throughout the entire process and they did an amazing job! I would highly recommend ?.

Warning must read: Lengthy review but In these days where other companies may pay services for positive reviews on google, I took the time to share my experiences to prove the validity and also to help the next person shopping for counter tops in this area. While trying to update our counters in a condo, I had a short time frame to work with where I could shop competitors and be available for install. I made several calls to competitors in the area but found the best services with GCF. Island Granite seemed to not give me much of their time, I can assume because I was only one condo and not a huge high priced contract would be more worth it for them. American carpet did respond quickly, however, when talking with them, their quote was very broad and felt pushy in that they wanted to go ahead and send a third party out to measure my counters to get a better figure from their $3200-$3600 price range but with the warning that it would probably be more based on what material. With Granite Cabinet & Flooring, I worked primarily with Jason. Jason took the measurements when he came to visit and he truly has a teacher mindset when explaining how granite installation typically works. Things that I, as a person who has never hired a contractor, even considered, Jason was very open and honest for what to look out for as well as recommendations. At no point, did I feel like Jason was trying to push additional sales or services that they offer but by the end of it, I trusted him in that if he did advise me to update something, I trusted it came from my best interest and not his own. I was surprised to find out where some other companies stop their work. For instance, some companies do not consider reinstalling your dishwasher to the granite while some choose not to seal the top of any back splash. Buyer beware and ask your company where their work stops because if you are like me, you would have a nasty surprise at the end of your install if you don't go with GCF. I had a color in mind that I wanted to go with and after sending a photo to Jason of what I wanted, Jason responded immediately with the correct name, New White River. Immediately, Jason began work on tracking down a slab for me. Another surprise to me, is that they were able to locate this rare species down at their distributor and had it back to their store in less than two business days. The extra cost to have this rare granite deliver from special order...ZERO. I know it could have been really easy to up-sell this charge as it was the only style I truly wanted in my kitchen but again this shows the honesty in their work to deliver exceptional results. Install day was a breeze and along with Jason, I got the opportunity to work around Danny the primary installer for my job. Both were very professional and were in fact experts at their craft. Though my son with special needs had a thousand questions for them while working, they were happy to entertain him and make small jokes with him while in our condo. In conclusion, if you know everything you need to know about granite, you may be able to save a few dollars with other companies but I ask to what extent. Granite Cabinet & Flooring are the best, from making the selection, honest and competitive pricing to the professional installation and completed product. I started this experience with no clue what to look for and finished at least knowledgeable of how it should be done right. Thank you Jason, Danny and the GCF team for our amazing counters and the small time you spent with our family. With your level of thoroughness I know it is just a matter of time that all other customers find out for themselves and you guys began shutting down all other shops.

From the first phone call to the completion of the project, there was impeccable attentiveness to detail, responsiveness and professionalism by Jason. We hired The Granite & Cabinet Factory to replace all granite counters in a large kitchen with an island, 4 bathrooms and a laundry room at our Laughing Dolphin Beach House in Gulf Shores. They also installed a beautiful backsplash. Jason was able to make me comfortable with all material selections from 950 miles away, and it turned out even better than I imagined! It was also done very quickly, from initial measurement to install was less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend them! More photos will be posted soon!
