It’s been a while since we had our generator installed. Since then I have received stellar service for preventive as well as corrective maintenance which we required once. For that I feel this provider deserves 5 stars. Ordered a 22Kw through Lowe’s and DANCO was the contractor. Did a very good job. No issues or problems with equipment or installation. He did however, have a technician who was less than professional or responsive. His lack of professionalism may have been the cause of the entire job not being completed until a day or two past completion date. Owner came to see me and hear my concerns. Dan was very receptive and aware of the issues. Because it was approaching Christmas time, he had already decided to retain the person through the holidays and then let him go. That was thoughtful and I felt it was a good decision. DANCO has serviced my unit since installation with great service. Tech has been informative, clean and organized and on time each time. And that is the kind of service I look for.

Everyone at Danco is top notch. Lauren in the office was quick to return calls and kept everything in line. Brian Less in sales was outstanding. He addressed every concern. Dustin and Tim the installers were great. They made sure I understood how to operate the generator. I could bought a generator from a big box store. It may have cost less. With a generator you don't want less. You want a company you know is going to be there for service. You want a point person you have a connection with if you need service. I highly recommend Danco.

When Danco was recommended to us we were told that they had forgotten more about installing generators than most people would ever know. Our project was challenging since the electrical in the home we had purchased was piecemeal at best. We really can’t say enough about our installer Tim and his help. They worked 10 hours in the broiling heat and their work was stellar. Even the electrical inspector was suitably impressed. From Dan the owner, to Brian the salesman and especially Tim our installer and his crew we can’t really express how great they were to deal with and we would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to install a backup generator.
