Terrible customer service! It took 3 months to get our furniture back and several items were left off. The arm protectors/covers and extra pillow was not done. I called immediately after I discovered that these items were left off and have not received a return call. It has been 2 weeks! In my opinion, they should have allowed us to keep our furniture until they were ready to do the job and should have kept us updated on progress. Neither was done and definitely not the call back that was deserved after paying them full price for the unfinished job. Never again!

A wonderful experience from material selection to pickup and delivery. They are overwhelmed with business so expect great service but also expect to wait a while.
There are so few upholstery shops now that I was tempted to just keep this secret.

Yes the furniture may take longer than expected BUT the finish is spectacular or maybe magic!!!! They know their craft and even changed the style for me. Patience pays. Have 2 pieces done and taking 2 more today.

It took a few weeks but she replaced a zipper in my 30 yr old lined leather coat! It was magical, you can't even tell anything!! G o a t !!
