I love everything about this amazing company. I recently worked as the Operations Intern for summer 2023. It was truly an awesome experience! I was able to travel with my team to different properties, work on numerous projects and learn all about the LIV Development company. As one of the new interns for the summer, I was super nervous but everyone at LIV was so welcoming and caring. My mentor, Tiffaney was truly amazing! She taught me the values of the company and trusted me with major tasks. It was such an honor getting to know everyone at LIV and to work as the summer intern.

LIV is a very special place to work. I had the pleasure to work as a Pre-Development Intern in Summer of 2023 and loved every second of it. I was very pleased with the work environment and enjoyed the company culture of hard work, encouragement, and team based accomplishment. As a Pre-Development Intern I was able to work with some amazing people that were eager to teach and assist me in every way possible. Not only was I able to get some great work experience that will benefit me in the future, but was able to get personal and professional advice. I admire LIV for their core competencies of going beyond just providing premium housing for their residents, but also having a genuine desire to improve their quality of life.
