Outstanding pricing, great advice, quick service, worked with my schedule. Had a counter cut and installed for an outdoor kitchen counter. The installed top cost only a little more than DIY options I'd considered. Much less effort than making my own concrete counter, so well worth the difference. Will have future indoor kitchen projects completed with Alabama Kitchen and Bath!

We have worked with Amy on several kitchen and bath renovation projects. She has provided great communication and service throughout the process. They have a quick turn around time from template to install, and their install team has been easy to work with through the process. The folks in the shop have provided great communication if there are any sizing conflicts or stone damage. Every company will face challenges and make mistakes, but I would recommend judging the quality of a company based on how it resolves conflict and provides great customer service. Based on our service thus far we plan to continue to work with Amy at Alabama Kitchen and Bath for many future projects.

We purchased our first new kitchen. We ordered Crescent Veil countertops. Alabama Kitchen and Bath installed them and did an amazing job. Jenni handled the sales and ordering and picked out the most amazing slab. We were like kids at Christmas waiting for the countertops to arrive. Jenni actually got them installed a week before Christmas. The installers did a wonderful job. Blake is one of their fixers if there’s any issue. There was a small issue but Blake was sent to make it right. Blake is a keeper, he’s fantastic and skilled. We’re ecstatic and highly recommend Alabama Kitchen and Bath. Wow is all I can say, thank you Alabama Kitchen and Bath.

Without a doubt the least professional business I’ve ever worked with. Our countertop and sink were both installed uneven and very far from level. Dots of silicon were left all over the wall and front face of our cabinets. The cabinets were completely knocked off of the shims and left that way. And to top things off, the installers literally threw our sink drain IN THE TRASH. When confronted with these issues, we were given the run-around for multiple WEEKS. The employee we communicated with was so far from solutions-oriented and no manager ever made any effort to contact us. And when confronted by the Lowe’s branch who used AK&B to do our install, they completely threw us under the bus and refused to offer any compensation. No one could offer us a solution. Instead, my number was BLOCKED to make it harder to get in touch with anyone about this issue. Absolute joke of a business. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

Jenni should teach a course in communication, project management, and customer satisfaction. Jenni at Alabama Kitchen Bath is OUTSTANDING in her customer service - friendly, kind, helpful, and does follow-up. We purchased our kitchen counter through Lowe’s and due to the person who waited on us there quitting Lowe’s entirely dropped the ball through their chain of about 2 additional subcontractors between Lowe’s & Alabama Kitchen Bath. Jenni let us know that if we wanted a certain edging, the piece would have to be sent to a Birmingham location. Jenni offered to have us come visit her and select another edging. Within days we had our kitchen counter! Then the subcontractor through Home Outlet fell through. I called Jenni & once again, she came to the rescue! She invited us to come down & look at the pieces in the back. We chose one that is even better than the initial one we chose. Again, days later the template was made and a week later delivered. My sister painted her bath in our home & we said this ugly granite counter has got to go!! We showed Jenni a picture of the room color and she led us right out back. She showed us one she thought would match (which we both liked) and then several others. We chose the first one. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that Huntsville and area customers looking for countertops go directly to Alabama Kitchen Bath because they are top-notch in working with customers, their workshop is meticulous, and Jenni is the BEST!! Thank you, Jenni!
