Quan did a great job! He sent me a text to let me know he was on his way and was very courteous and professional. He took out all of our spiders, wasps and sprayed inside and out. Before he left he gave me a run down on everything he did. Overall a very good experience.
Prime Pest Control LLC is NOT a reputable company.. a company whose sales reps use bait & switch tactics. Customer service does not answer/return calls in a timely manner
The first issue is door-to-door solicitation in a neighborhood that clearly has signs marked “No Solicitation”. I answered the door not expecting a Prime Pest Control sales rep. I was courteous and listened to what service was being offered and repeatedly declined, but the sales rep would not take no for an answer.
I agreed to a single application for $50, discounted from the original monthly fee of $250+ , which is outrageous. The Prime Pest Control sales rep told me that I would need to sign a two-year agreement for them to perform the service and that I could cancel with no penalty within a week of the service being completed. The sales rep told me that it was a special offer and that he would make note of it.
After I agree to the first application. He proceeded to try and schedule me for service the very next morning.. I told him that would not work for my schedule and I would not be at home. I recommended scheduling a week out, but he insisted on getting it done sooner.. We settled on the next day at 6pm. The next morning, around 10am, I received a message that the technician would be arriving at my house shortly. I was late reading the message and the “application” had been performed.
The next week I called to cancel the service. I had to call three times. Called at 11am and 3pm with no answer.. called the next day around noon and reached customer service. I explained the situation and requested cancellation and they did. Never received official confirmation.
Fast forward to today and I see that I’ve been charged $149. I tried to contact customer service this morning at 1030am.. no answer.. called again in the afternoon and was able to connect.
I was told that the cancellation fee had to be applied if I didn’t cancel 3 days PRIOR to first application. Now it makes sense why they wanted to schedule me so soon after signing the contract.
The manager is supposed to be emailing me on Monday to explain my contract and resolve the issue of me being misled, but I doubt they will reach out in a timely manner.
Be cautious when dealing with Prime Pest Control. Research the BBB and other review sites before entering an agreement. I believe there are more ethical pest control services in Huntsville and surrounding area

I love this pest control service, mostly because of the price and convenience. Quan did an excellent job in my Madison home and we all enjoyed his wonderful customer service he was very accommodating, respectful and friendly. I highly recommend choosing Prime Pest control for your home!

Quan was at our house today and did a fantastic job! Such a nice man and very informative. I had been in the pest control industry for 20 years (22 years ago) and was interested in what types of products they use now. He took the time to show me and explain how the current products work. Great customer service and great guy!

Introduced to Prime by a young lady working our neighborhood. From sales pitch to service this has been a wonderful experience. Technicians (KD and Ken) arrived on time, reviewed service expectations, and completed everything in a timely manner. All involved, were very polite and professional. Based on interactions thus far, no complaints! 10/10

Mr. Quan showed up precisely on time and explained what he was going to do and then walked me through the treatment inside and outside the house. I received detailed information and what to expect. He also gave me many tips on how to help reduce insects choosing my house for targeted home and yard invasion. Overall the best service we have received in 25 years of bug battles.

Working with everyone on the team has been fantastic! Wesley and Brandon, the dynamic duo, came in like pest-fighting superheroes, armed with both knowledge and charm, ready to save the day. They made me feel confident that my home was in capable hands (and pest-free ones, too!). Quan handled the service at my home flawlessly, addressing all my questions with ease. Not a single bug has dared to make an appearance since. Highly recommend their services!
