We had a fantastic and seamless experience at Granite Empire. They have their inventory on site which allowed us to look at several different options in person and choose the best match for our home. Cindy was fantastic! She knew the pros and cons of each type of countertop material available and helped us figure out what kind of material we wanted and then was so patient as we looked at several different colors and designs. Granite Empire had the best selection and price compared to three other granite countertop stores we visited in Huntsville. We love our countertop and will be back for our next countertop needs.

Eric was great. Countertops look great! Biggest issue is getting them to put us on the schedule for the sealing. Been reaching out and waiting for them to return.

We had an excellent experience with Granite Empire of Huntsville. They were fairly priced for the Taj Mahal quartzite countertop and backsplash product installed. The installation was clean, sharp and timely. The office staff and the installation team were professional and helpful with all of our questions. Nicely done!

Wegahta was our salesman and he was great from start to finish with communication and great customer service. They're selection was fantastic and the ladies in the office were super sweet to show me around and let me check out some slabs as well. We ended up with an absolutely BEAUTIFUL countertop in our kitchen and the installers did an amazing job! Definitely recommend Granite Empire

This place is awesome. I went in to ask why my countertop was fading in color. Brought in a photo to show. They knew instantly what was the cause. Explained that the dishwasher hear was causing it to pull the color. Showed me the sealant I needed and explained the process. I thought I was screwed and was going have to replace my countertop. I would definitely recommend this place and will return when it's time to upgrade. Thank you so much.

I ordered a quartz countertop for my kitchen in a new home. Everything turned out exactly as I imagined!
I would like to note the professionalism and customized approach of the company's employees as well as the owner of the business because my project had its own characteristics.
The cool thing is that all the work was 100% completed, because I didn't have to bother with buying materials or controlling the progress of work. Thank you so much!

Got my Quartz countertops installed last week and they look amazing. The two installers came and got my old tops out, my new ones in, and my sink mounted all in just over an hour. Thanks Wagahta for making this all happen!

I had a wonderful experience with Granite Empire. From the moment I walked in the door the staff was friendly and helpful. I worked with Galina and Cindy. Cindy helped me pick out a piece of granite and gave me a small piece to take home so that I could see if it would be a good fit. Once I selected the stone, Galina helped me determine my edge, sink type, and other minute details. She then came to my house and took all the measurements. About 5 days later, another professional gentleman came and did the template. The installation took place only a week later. So, from selecting my stone to installation, it took only 2.5 weeks. At the time of installation there was six installers who were very knowledgeable and professional. The cutting was done very well and I have minimal seams. I pictured the longest seam and as you can see, it is barely visible. There is a short seam in the front of the sink and back but that is preferable to a long seam elsewhere. If that is not your preference then you should work with the company about where best to place them. This company works hard to please their customers and are very professional. Also, their price was very reasonable compared to other companies. One in this area wanted 1k more for the same granite type and installation. So, all in all, choosing this company was a great choice. I can't even think of one complaint. In fact, I have a half bath that was scheduled the same day but my plumbing was being stubborn so they rescheduled the installation with no extra charge. That's unheard of these days. I'm very very happy and highly recommend this company.

Should have read the recent reviews. I had used them twice before, referred a friend and my chiropractor. I paid $70 a sq foot for stone. Paid half on sept 4th and not fully installed till Oct 30th. After weeks waiting I got a call that my slab broke during cutting. But I had to wait another 10 days for the second piece to be cut. ( when it should been next day) When counter arrived there was no notch at the fridge panel and gap of 1/2 inch. Installer notched and pulled the counter closer leaving me with 1/2 gap against the wall. I will have to fix this when i tile back splash. The other end had to cut Sheetrock out for the seam at sink to match. The two sections were diff thickness. The sink cuts on the two pieces did not match up. The pieces must never been placed together to polish and check . I paid over $3,600 for sub par cutting, not matched with what was templated.
The installer was super nice, he communicated very well and took his time to fix the errors that were made at the shop. The installer is the only reason I did not refuse the entire order. He had to seam, epoxy, grind and polish to try and blend out the mis cuts. Communication with office is lacking. I will never use granite empire again. Plus charged $100 surprise charge on my invoice for my edge that had been included the two times before

We have gotten service from this company twice (for the kid’s bathroom and master bathroom) and both times had a great experience with them. Very professional team. Very fast job and amazing service. Great prices too! We highly recommend Granite Empire to anyone! We will surely come back for our kitchen countertops.

Very impressed, from template measurement to install, 10 days. During install, one small piece had to be re-cut, they returned in about 90 minutes to finish the install. Beautiful granite and everyone was very professional. The people who work there especially like the owner, you can tell in a business when the employees love their boss. I would highly recommend.
