Chris was great! He walked both me and my boyfriend through the entire home inspection we got. He pointed out stuff we hadn't even noticed and things that we didn't know could be covered by the Request for Repairs. He also gave us maintenance tips and pointers for things we noticed that could not be covered in the Request for Repairs. He got us our inspection report within a couple hours and was professional and pleasant to work with!
On short notice Chris scheduled our home inspection on the next day even though it was a Saturday. Talk about going way out of his way to provide customer service…..wow!!!! He was professional, provided great suggestions to correct any issues he found and was very thorough and timely with his final report. Great job Chris!

We were very satisfied with Up and Up Home Inspections. Chris did a thorough job and covered every area. He was able to catch a major issue we didn't see when we viewed the home. It dealt with the HVAC system in the attic and would have cost us thousands of dollars, out of pocket to fix. He actually went into the attic where he discovered the HAVAC had a fire at one time. There were other concerns that he documented as worrisome. We decided not to purchase the home, and was able to get a refund of our Earnest Money. Thank you, Up and Up for a job well done! If you need a home inspection done, give Up and Up a call. I highly recommend them.

Excellent home inspection! Chris caught things we would have overlooked. Now we can get them fixed before we close. Saved us a lot of money so well worth the cost.

Chris provided me with an extremely detailed and thorough inspection and checked several items I would never have thought to check. His report was very detailed and the pictures and descriptions made everything very easy to follow. He was very personable and made what is normally a stressful process an enjoyable one. I have purchased a few homes over the years and wish I had found him sooner! You definitely can't go wrong hiring Chris for your home inspection.

Chris did a great job on our home inspection and was fantastic to work with. He took the time to answer any questions we had, made sure to look into our specific concerns, and was really thorough in his work. We were really impressed and happy with everything Chris did!
