Beware! This guy wrote a contract and claimed to be licensed by City of Mobile and State of Alabama and wrote on his contract with me he assumed all responsibility and liability while on my property. Ron Cherry assumes all responsibility for liability and releases you & your family from same. I estimate it will take 7 working days from start to completion. I am a licensed, bonded contractor for the City of Mobile, Mobile County and the State of Alabama. As of today, if I can get the pilings, we’ll sink them this weekend or next and band it when we band the boathouse next door. That was on the contract with me and then he used the wrong equipment and people that didn't know how to operate it and destroyed my bulkhead and sea deck while placing pilings for my boathouse. $11,400 in damages and now he is threatening me, going to teach me a lesson. I have the email if you want to see it. DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK! I am having to take him to small claims court for the $11,400 in damages. What a MESS he MADE!
