They installed windows for us and the windows are doing fine except some screws missing and they promised to fix that issue, we are still waiting 6 months later. The window screens we recieved are terrible they are falling apart in some of the windows. We are still waiting on them to resolve this issue. We also ordered a front door back in January, which cost over 8,000.00. We paid them a deposit of 4,000.00. Here we are almost 6 months out and no door. I have been calling them for about a week on this and have been getting the run around. The lady who answers the phone always transfers me elsewhere and the guy handling this always says let me call you back but never does. They told me it would take about 3 months and still no door, no update either. This is ridiculous that you can't even call me and give me a simple update when I have paid you a large amount of money. I've even called them twice last week and I'm sure he is avoiding me. I may need to get the BBB involved as it's been almost 6 months, no update, no refund, no nothing. I would recommend to be very cautious of them if you place an order for a door. Update: Been more 6 months, still no front door, no refund either. No update for almost 3 weeks. Update: Finally, I received my refund after going back and forth for months, 6 months to be exact, with this particular company and almost having to obtain legal counsel. I had no idea how unreasonable and unreliable they are. I have warned others about dealing with them. Also, if a customer is not satisfied, they take it personally, even going as far as to harass me on a Google review page, simply for posting my opinion. Business must be slow if they have time to sit around and comment on social media, when a customer has been waiting 6 months for a refund. It's a free country and everyone is entitled to an option and can post it. As you can see from their response below, they are very confrontational and will deny they were ever wrong. Several of my windows had busted screens, and they had to come out twice just to fix screens and for windows to open properly. Save yourself the trouble and avoid them at all cost.

I’m very pleased with my experience with Window Depot of Mobile. Thank you Chase, for being so accommodating, and easy to work with during the bidding process; you are awesome, and I’m grateful for your help, and advice. Thank you, and KUDOS to installer’s Shawn, and “Duck”, for doing an amazing job with the installation. These guys work hard, are very professional, and have great attitude's. The clean-up was perfect. Thank you Joey for keeping me informed. It needs to be said, however, there were hiccups along the way, as this job took a full year to complete. Since there was a couple problems with the manufacture, I just feel I cannot hold Window Depot of Mobile responsible for the long delay, and things that they had no control over. Thankfully, in my situation, time wasn’t as much a factor. A quality product, being installed in a professional manner was more important, plus they saved me some serious $$$ over the competition. IMO, this is a 5-star business, and would highly recommend.

Updated 3/11/24 I still have not got my issue resolved. Josh came out over a month ago and took a strip off one of my “good windows” to match the paint. I have not heard anything and contacted him directly today. Josh said “ Window Depot is refusing to pay him for making the repairs and he is not going to fix them”. I co tasted the company and left a message for the owner to call me back directly. This is ridiculous! Updated: I will keep updating. Initially I was pleased, but not a window expert at all, and assumed Rafael did a good install. I wish the owner would have inspected them! It would have eliminated a lot of frustration! Several months passed after our install and with having busy schedules, not knowing how windows suppose to look and work, I thought something looked off. I was walking into my house one day and realized the paint around the windows looked scratched. The company came out and told us they were not capped nor finished and told us they would come back out. They were honest and I appreciated that! They told us they were going to require Rafael’s group to redo them. I am very nervous about his crew capping them after he did them wrong in the first place. The new windows have not improved the sound. I am concerned the entire install was all done wrong. We had windows put on downstairs by another company and the sound was significantly improved. I might as well be sitting outside on my couch when a car drives by!!!

My experience with Window Depot from start to finish was amazing. When I first inquired about new sliding glass doors they came out almost immediately to discuss my options, pricing and to take measurements. They were very detailed to understand and confirm the exact specifics that I wanted and when the doors arrived they were perfect! The installation was so smooth and trouble free. The installation tech, Eric, was amazing and was on time and great at explaining what he was doing. He made sure to explain to me the features of the doors and his work was amazing, truly! He cleaned up frequently and I believe he might have gotten the work area cleaner than when he arrived! Thanks to Window Depot and Eric for making it such a great experience. I absolutely love my new sliding glass doors!

From the estimate to the office staff to the installers Window Depot has been outstanding! I would recommend them to anyone with a small or big job. Sean and Duck went above and beyond to leave my home and windows clean and beautiful. Shout out to Mandy who helped me choose the most beautiful window for my bathroom and helped with all the scheduling etc… I am obsessed with my windows. They are incredible!
