Terrible business practice . Waited 2 weeks on the owner (Steve) as he had a person issue going on. I was very patient considering what he had going on. When he finally got back to the office I gave him my info to come out and measure at a certain day/time. He never showed up. I ended up calling him after he didn't show for the appointment and he brush me off . Very disappointing.
Small family run business with a few staff who work diligently and try to accommodate your schedule. Recommend!

I called them to ask about doing a certain job for me, and while the guy did seem nice on the phone, towards the end end said he couldn't do the job and hung up in my face while I was trying to ask someone else. I would not recommend this place because of how rude his action was.

Terrible, just awful service. I paid $432 for glass door repair, was told the part came in, scheduled twice and he never showed up either time, and kept the $432! Might have to go to small claims court for this one.
Some old person is answering the phone, I can't leave a message and I can't get anyone to call me back.
Been waiting 3 months for a piece of glass to arrive. Quite possibly the worst service in Montgomery, Alabama

My husband and I ordered and paid for a mirror 3 weeks ago. We were told it would be 7-10 days. we have called and there is a lady answering the phone who is rude, who has hung up on us several times and you can't understand what she is saying. We keep getting told to call back when steve is in the office but he is never available and he does not call you back. We will not use Alabama Glass again and we will let everyone know.
