I had a phenomenal experience today. I'd like to call out "Eddie". He was a super helpful individual who really understood our home repair mission. He offered insight and advice unparalleled. We will definitely be seeing Eddie at Home Outlet for all future ventures in home repair.
Tyler the sales representative was very knowledgeable about the products on display as well as the having great customer service.

I went there today, no one at the counter and the only employee I saw was over in the corner on her phone. I and another couple found what we were looking for with no help. As I was leaving a man was at the counter the female employee was still in the corner on her cell phone. No one said a word to me or the couple. This is not the first time this has happened here. Use to have very helpful employees but not anymore. Last time I went here I went down the street and was greeted as I walked in the door, was helped and I brought my tile there. It cost a little more but I got help and the employees were very helpful. I guess I will do that again. Your employees really help out the near by stores with their sales.

My wife and I were treated fantastic with Eddie, the manager, very knowledgeable and very helpful
With loading and picking out our Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity and top.....it was a great experience, we'll be back......

Visited here; we’re Realtors from out of town doing a Reno found some nice things! Kind of a sour note for me was we rushed to get to the store; arrived a minute before they closed we were out of the store in 3 minutes top over their closing time. Mrs Bernice had the most horrible attitude! On our 2 visits here we’ve encountered her and received the same treatment! The older gentleman who helped us out had a smile and thanked us for coming which helped the experience; both times we’ve come we’ve spent a nice amount, even if your customer spends $5 you should treat them all the same. I should not be able to see your scowl through a mask! Nor hear the snide remark of “this is why you don’t open the door” if doors weren’t open you probably wouldn’t be employed. Happy with the purchase for our Reno and the gentleman’s attitude! Very disappointed with Mrs Bernice; up training is definitely needed kindness to all goes a very long way, 1 customer wont close your store but it left me saying let’s find a Home Depot. Thank you for letting us in to complete the purchase! Enjoy your Holiday season

We walked in, picked out what we needed, and we're checked out and loaded in less than 30 minutes start to finish. The manager and assistant manager provided great customer service. Highly recommend.

Great prices, but rude when you call in to ask a question. Put on hold several times with no answer. Good customer is on the phone as well as in store. Employees need more training in this area.
