Been using them and installing them for 20 plus years. Now I’m selling them.
I have ordered a lot of your cabinets for my clients and I`ve increasingly noticed a drop in quality. Cracks at the door joints, paint defects, that I have to repair. I ordered 2 pantries that I could see the ceiling lights through the pantry because there were gaps in the side of the cabinet. This has cost me time and money to fix these problems that I shouldn`t have had to repair!

We recently renovated our kitchen and our contractor recommended using Bishop Cabinets. The quality is not what we had expected after spending over 50k in cabinets. The cabinet sample that was provided vs. what we received where 2 different things. All the cabinets have issues ranging from cracks in the joints, paint runs and overall bad quality. Drawers and doors don't close correctly and the overall appearance looks cheap. We needed to have multiple drawers and doors switched out and that didnt fix the issues. We then had to have a cabinet refinisher come in and hand fill and hand paint cracks and joints. This should never happened and my recommendation would be to NOT use this company. Below are just a few pictures of the problems we have encountered.

I worked with a local designer/sales representative in the Atlanta area and we did a complete new kitchen design an new cabinet install. We love the design, the look of the cabinets and the quality. Our friends and family compliment us all the time. We are extremely satisfied!

I am very impressed with the responsiveness of the Bishop Cabinet Company. The same day that I contacted Customer Service on-line with a problem, Eric Williams quickly got back to me. After figuring out what we needed, he promised to send replacement parts for free, and contacted our contractor to do the repair - all before the end of that business day! The parts were promptly shipped and the replacement parts were installed as soon as our contractor was able. Amazing!

Bishop has by far the best quality/value of any cabinet manufacturer out there. Would highly recommend Bishop Cabinets. We have created some incredible designs using the flexibility of Bishop Cabinets. A great company to work with!

As a designer, I just love working with them. David specifically is my go-to contact and he's always just amazing! The cabinets are pricier than others, but the quality is great!
If I've ever needed a part or something was missing, they are quick to fix the issue.
Will continue to use them for my projects!
