I want to thank Josh for coming out to provide a quote to replace a package unit and discovered the unit was still operational. Was told by another technician that the unit had a bad compressor and a hole in the condenser. I appreciate Josh honesty, integrity and he truly earned my trust and gratitude.

Great company and technicians as always! Bryant Mann serviced my home today, did so in a timely manner, and did an excellent job! Tiffany Arnold took my call and did great with talking me down during my electrical crisis. She insured me they would send the right technician out for me as soon as possible and they did just that. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Unreasonble and absurd pricing. Not pleased in the least bit. We had a service call for an issue involving a water heater. Dixie provided an estimate for a replacement service of about $6k. After researching the cost of the parts, labor and receiving additional estimates. We detemined we were being overcharged a minimum of $3k by Dixie. I spoke with the company and a service rep. I explained the cost of parts plus the quoted labor of 3 hours for the install, they are over quoting by a minmum of $3k. I was informed they have the right to quote as they see fit. Grossly over priced with a "non-caring" attitude toward customer satisfaction.

I want to Thank Dustin for coming out repairing and telling me that the old AC unit needed to be replaced and Josh Coker for helping me chose a new AC unit. He was extremely helpful. I also want to say a big HUGE THANK YOU to Jason Burgans and Nick Bagwell. They went above and beyond installing the AC unit in my home on the hottest day of the week. They really took time doing the installing and had it running and cooling in time. If you have air and electrical issues and need top quality and honest work. Dixie Plumbing ,Electrical, and Air should be your first choice. The absolute BEST decision I ever made!!!

I was contacted today by a supervisor about my service experience that I received on Friday. He was apologetic, professional and friendly. He refunded the service charge and asked that I give them a chance to reestablish my trust for them. I am happy to report that with that response, I would have no reservation about calling Dixie Electric for future service needs.

I contracted Dixie to complete the heating and air, electrical, and plumbing in my rental. Everything was completed to my satisfaction. I was able to get the permits I needed to turn on the utility services to the property and I was very satisfied with the work. I would definitely use them in the future. Needed a new water heater so I chose Dixie. Great experience! Tracy and Linwaun were professional and very personable and got the job done. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was right. I highly recommend Dixie Electric! My furnace wasn't working properly on the coldest day of the month and being a first-time homeowner I was anxious. I called Dixie and was immediately greeted with "how can I make your day brighter." I knew I'd called the right place. They sent Justin Blair out same day. He's very knowledgeable and gave me so much information on what was wrong with my unit and such. It was a simple fix. I also appreciate the honesty of Justin when it came to servicing my furnace and with the other programs and services that are available with Dixie.l.
