I can’t say thank you enough to the two ACME BRICK Managers that assisted my ex-husband during a recent vehicle accident in front of their office. Jim Dozier and Denise Snipes were wearing safety hats and responding to make sure that he was stable and safe. The freak accident occurred when a tire from a truck towing a trailer came off of the back of the trailer and crashed into the windshield that my ex was driving. The tire caused the glass to shatter and go everywhere all over him. Thank God for these two professionals they came out of their office with the first aid safety kit and started offering help. The world needs more people like these two professionals at Acme Brick.

Terrible customer service. I walked in with my mom and the sales lady took us to the cheapest tackiest tile they had and didn't show us any other options or ask us questions about our project. She also automatically assumed certain materials were out of our budget when we asked about pricing "That one is 89 sq ft, sorry"

Worst Customer Service. I purchased tile on Sept 28th and still don’t have my full order. Last week I emailed 3 times and called. NO RESPONSE. I was told the last box shipped on 10/26 on Nov 2 and that it would be here Nov 3rd. I arrived on Nov 5th to pick it up and was then told it was shipped yesterday and hopefully it might be here on the 6th. Not even an I’m sorry for all the issues. Just tossed the paper back to me through a gate and said oh well. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!
