I would highly recommend Gardner! Our sales rep (Meredith) was great! Easy to work with and even came twice to make sure everything was good. The installer did a fantastic job as well!
The sales staff were very helpful. Had a no cost in house visit. The installer was great. The one recommendation is to change your furnace filter after the install. I change mine regularly and these were the dirtiest I have ever seen. My install was yesterday so make sure you check them.

We used Gardner flooring & design to replace our floors and we could not be happier with the end result. Lori and Robert were great to work with. The installers did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend using Gardner Flooring & Design!

I was very please with the service I received at Gardner Flooring. I needed 1780 sq ft of mohawk flooring in a timely manner and they were able to accommodate me.. My salesman Nick was very professional and attended to my every need. Pricing was great, Nick kept me informed about deliver date. I would definitely use them again.

Having a great selection of carpet and area rugs is in itself worthy of five stars but when you add the quality service provided to us by the General Manager, Doug Walton, you truly have a winning combination that can’t be beat. Also noteworthy is the attention to detail and respectfulness of the installers. All around, five shimmering stars. 3/28/19 Well it has been a year since our last visit to Gardner Carpets and Doug Walton and the only thing I can add is that quality customer service and attention to detail is consistent. Thanks, once again for a great shopping experience.

This was the only place of several flooring shops that stated with confidence they could execute the vision of what we wanted - and we were not disappointed! The team of installers, led by Jose, was meticulous, fast, and efficient. I came in with a Pinterest idea, and they made it happen - I will not hesitate to recommend Gardner to anyone wanting a challenging design realized.

Installer came in and 74 yr old mother’s dog jumped on his leg. Installer thought dog (yorkie) had bitten him. Threatened my mother that he would hurt the dog if it tried to bite him. Upset my mother very badly. Owner apologized and the installer apologized but had already upset my mother. My mother waited outside until installer left. I manage people as well and if one of my employees pulled this stunt he would not have a job. Until this company can get their employees “on a leash” I wouldn’t let them in my house.

Someone came to assist me as soon as I arrived. He asked important questions to direct me to the right products so I could see what I need and not waste time. The salesman was very polite.
