We picked floor and shower tile here for our new build. The associate Grace was super helpful! We chose tile sheets for our shower and were directed to a progressional locally who installed them. The whole process was seamless, and we love how everything turned out.
I can’t say enough good about this company. Customer has gotten so bad around Montgomery I hate to even pick up the phone to call someone bkz they’re either rude or could not care less about a problem the customer has. Certainly not this way with Robert F Henry Tile Company. I chose them as opposed to another locally owned stone company bkz they’re so nice & down to earth. APRIL is my sales person, she is the sweetest, nicest, darlin’ angel I’ve met in a long, long time. Truly a great place to shop for all you stone and tile needs. Hopefully you’ll have something in mind before you enter the showroom because they have many beautiful samples to choose from you will be thoroughly confused before it’s over with. Ask for April, she’s a beautiful person.

Beware, that if you return tiles ( the ones that are returnable ), you will pay 25% restocking fee. Excessive to say the least.
Plus we were not verbally advised although it’s in the small print on the receipt.

Do not cater to walk-ins. They prefer appointments. If you are being waited on, even though no appointment, and a person who has appointment comes in, you'll be droped like a hot potato. They never have enough help.

Really disappointed in the customer service. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get the outside salesperson to return my calls. I can’t get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls. I called and asked to speak to Ronnie she sent me to voicemail. Unconcerned about my compliant. Guess they do t need to sell product.

We met with Charlene today and she showed us granite for countertops. She was very patient and we did not feel hurried or pressured to make a purchase. They have a large selection and we were able to find granite for our kitchen and bathroom counters. The backsplash selection was also very nice.

Rating 3 stars because of the customer service & knowledge of the products. The selection, we felt was of an abundance. The downfall is that they have everything that is currently “on trend” rather than a variety to suit anyone’s accommodations. We asked about a few of the products and although the lady asked if we needed help, she did not know much about the variety’s we had questions about, as well as was unwilling to obtain the information for us. We of coarse left empty handed.

I've had the best experience working with Bil Hitchcock. Bil continued to work with me until we found exactly what I had envisioned for my back splash in my kitchen. Great quality product, ordered and received in record time. Thank you Bil! You are the definition of great customer service!
