Update: about 18 months later, the new roof developed a leak that damaged the sheet rock in one of the bedrooms. Tried for weeks to get someone out to check the issue, they finally came out. Had to wait another week before repairs were made. I was in contact with them for weeks to get an invoice for the roof repairs detailing what was done, but they kept claiming they were working on it. After 3 weeks, i just gave up. I needed this document for the buyers of my new home. Clearly they werent confident in their repairs and chose not to give an invoice so the new buyers could have some peace of mind. Obviously, they have no issue selling you something but they do not stand behind that product. It was such a pain in my butt to get them to honor their own warranty. Unless you are paying them, they dont seem very interested in helping you. I was supposed to have a 7 year workmanship warranty, and 18 months is definately within that window, but they chose to drag their feet and show little effort in making it right.

Justin was great to work with from first call to get an estimate to his almost daily visits to check on the job. He was personable and we had good conversations outside of just the roofing job itself. The roofing crew worked diligently to get a massive roof done in a reasonable amount of time. They also did a great job on the cleanup process. On a sidenote, be kind to your roofers if it’s cold outside a pot of coffee goes a long way. I would have no qualms working with Capital City Roofing again.
