River Region Roofing replaced the roof on my investment property in Enterprise. They were prompt, communicated well, their pricing was fair, and the job was completed in a workman-like manner. They kept me updated with emails and photos. I'd use them again without hesitation.
Very pleased with River Region Roofing. From the beginning they worked with my insurance company who I have learned through this experience is not easy to work with. I may rethink who insures my property but I would not rethink using RRR. Impressed with the staff, someone actually calls you back. My rep, Drew stayed on top of things, great customer service and follow up. The roof looks great and the rain coming down right now made me think I should share my experience.

Very professional!! Great communication!! I would recommend 10/10. I have had bad experiences with roofing companies in the past but not here! Wonderful owner and all points of contact. My roof looks amazing, I can’t thank them enough!!

Todd Clark and his remarkable crew at River Region recently installed two roofs on two personal properties for us. River Region was the only company of several companies that we contacted for estimates that got back with us in a timely manner and were consistently responsive throughout the entire process -- they would answer our calls or emails right away so that we hardly had to wait for an answer or place a second call. We received constant updates, they showed up when promised, and the service after the roof installations has been top notch. Additionally, they worked hand in hand with our insurance company to make sure we got the best product for the money. We have and will continue to refer Todd and River Region to everyone we know. They are certainly worth 5 stars! In fact, we won't use anyone else but River Region from here on out.

Phenomenal quality of work and customer service! Pricing was also very competitive so all in all amazing value: Drew and the team removed old outdated gutters and installed new ones—they look fabulous and were installed perfectly. Drew also identified issues I was unaware of and he fixed those quickly and at very little cost. We have received multiple compliments on our new gutters not just from neighbors but also from other contractors. They always ask who installed those beautiful gutters?! We will definitely go with River Region again in the future.

River Region Contracting was very responsive to our needs after we had storm damage to our roof. They worked with our insurance company to provide a new roof. Upon inspection they brought to our attention areas beyond the roof in the attic that needed fixing. They were very thorough. Excellent work!

My experience with River Region Roofing & Contracting has been nothing short of spectacular. Todd, Kym, Brice, and everyone associated did a fantastic job of inspecting, working through things with my insurance company and installing a new roof on my home. They communicated with me every step of the way. The roof was installed in one day and did not inconvenience me at all. They also will come back and inspect my roof to assure that it is performing as it should for the coming years. I cannot recommend them enough and will be telling everyone about them. They are as professional as they come.

River Region Contracting gets a five star from me!!!! They were always on time, answered the phone (a real person) cleaned up at the end of each
day. Most of all they dealt with my insurance company!!!!! This company worked tiredlessly to replace my roof. It looks amazing!!! There were several issues with building codes, but they handled everything!!! Many thanks and appreciation to Mr. Todd Clark, Brice, Carrie and Kym!!!!! Everyone there is professional, friendly and just simply great!!!! PLEASE, if you need any work/repair, call River Region Contracting.

If you need a new roof, this is the only call you need to make! The workmanship is excellent, but the customer service is even better. This company worked tirelessly with my insurance company to justify my need for roof replacement rather than just repair. (Who wants a mismatched roof?!) The office staff is very friendly and guides you through each step of the process. In fact, they do all the work! The work crew was amazing! The worked quickly, were very respectful and polite and did a GREAT job. The best part was their clean up. I've never seen a more efficient and detailed effort. The men combed every inch of flower beds and shrubs and lawn for several feet from the roof line at least twice. I still have not found one roofing nail, scrap, nothing! Following installation Todd visited for a 'walk around' and spotted 2 minor things he wasn't satisfied with (HE IS A PERFECTIONIST) that I'd never have noticed. The next day a crew appeared to make them right! I hope I am not in need of a roof anytime soon, but if I am I will only make one call!
