Sometimes inspectors rush through the job and makes you wonder how conscientious they are, but that was not true with Blake; he took a serious and measured tour during the inspection. I especially liked his reporting back when he was finished to be sure we were aware that everything look good, no evidence of termites.

Wolf and Cameron arrived on time, performed the annual termite bond inspection and followed with the 7 yr Termidor Booster treatment outside. Wolf and Cameron were friendly and very professional. They answered all of my questions and explained the process when asked. They performed their work in a very organized timely manner and cleaned up after the job was complete. They willingly allowed me to be present during the entire process and engage as a team member for learning. I am very pleased with the work these two did today! The office staff are very nice too! I highly recommend Bama Exterminating!

I’ve been using Bama Exterminating for four months. At first it seemed professional and friendly but there was a quick lapse in communication and professionalism. From face to face conversations with their technicians to requesting information from their dispatchers is completely misconstrued. I simply asked for a detailed invoice of work that is done on my house because they only come at times we are not home and the ability to do so is nonexistent. I do not recommend and will seek other services in the future.
