Very quick response, with both communication and the actual service call. I ended up needing a replacement for my refrigerator rather than a repair but I would definitely call Fillmore Appliance again, if needed.

Dryer bearing was squealing intermittently so called Fillmore Appliance Repair based on Google reviews, and Will came out. After a quick inspection, Will suggested replacing the bearing and since the dryer would be disassembled, the pulley and belt (these are inexpensive wear parts) to save on a future service call. I agreed and the parts needed came in a couple days. Will returned and quickly installed the new parts. Dryer now running well. Will was courteous and efficient. Definitely recommend Fillmore Appliance Repair.

Good communication. Great customer service. Technician enjoyed teaching how the appliance operates for future repairs and was knowledgeable about parts that might go bad first. On time. Speedy. Efficient.

I had a dryer belt replaced today by Wade Fillmore. Not only was he on time and courteous, but he went the extra mile and cleaned out everything to ensure that my dryer would perform at maximum efficiency! He even leveled it for me after noticing it had a little wobble. I will definitely recommend Fillmore Appliance to my friends and neighbors! Thanks for a job well done!!

The hard freeze last winter messed up our water dispenser/ice maker on our refrigerator and I had been dragging my feet on getting it fixed.
I finally contacted Fillmore and they were able to get this done quickly and were extremely professional. Pricing is fair, honest, and competitive. Hopefully I don’t have any future problems, but if I do, Fillmore will be the first place I call!

I have known Wade for several years and feel very confident in having him service my appliances. He is very honest, very knowledgeable about the appliances and most times can diagnose the problem before he arrives. Very nice person to do business with.
