Would give this company less than one star if I could due to the fact we called them when they installed our kitchen sink two years ago and told them that the sink did not have the proper clips to hold the sink. We were told that the sink would not fall, and was guaranteed. Now this has happened and they are no longer in business. We had to call out another granite place to have it fixed. James and Cam did a great job on our countertops. Courteous, professional, answered any questions we had on maintaining our surfaces, and treated our kitchen like they were setting up their own. As we are completing building our house, that was exactly what we needed. Wish I could say the same for every company or contractor that did work here.

Great experience with the installers. Working with our project manager was a bit tedious but it was all worth it when the countertops arrived. James Dean did a stellar job and was very careful to make sure that everything was done correctly. He educated us on how to take care of our new countertops and made sure it was perfect before he left. Very satisfied with their work.

Jecsan and Mark performed quartz countertop magic in our kitchen. They were professional, informative and did a magnificent job. They are at least fourteen times better than all of the other countertop installers at Premier Surfaces and they are all very good.

James Dean, along with Erick Duran, installed our quartz countertops from Premiere Surfaces. They arrived in a very timely manner, and were extremely congenial from start to finish. They did an excellent job, and left our kitchen very clean. I would have no problem at all recommending them to my friends and family, and would not hesitate to use them again.

My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about the team at Premier Surfaces. They took care of us from start to finish. The highlight of the process was the care and professionalism of James and Erick during the install. They went the extra mile in every way to make sure every detail was perfect during the install. We would highly recommend Premier Surfaces, their team, and specifically James and Erick for installation! Thanks guys!

Excellent service, careful and attentive installation, perfect job, on time & fast. We used Premier Surfaces for our countertops and went back to them to finish a laundry with a quartz countertop and sink. When the time comes, we'll be back. Erick D. also did much of the installation and because he wasn't listed (fix your list, folks), he needs a shout out here too. Good team!

Brian and Matt were very professional. They did an outstanding job placing and fitting the slabs to the cabinets. They provided good information on the care and maintenance of the stone and answered all my questions. Both were very knowledgeable of the product and well trained in the installation process. I could not have been more pleased with their workmanship, pleasantness of the interaction and thoroughness of the job. Well done guys!

Another great experience with Premier Surfaces. This time I picked a remnant for an outdoor kitchen. Jessica was awesome, friendly, efficient, and professional! Brian and Matt were great on the install, really accommodating to adjusting to a couple of issues with the base. Friendly, informative, professional service across the board. I will use Premier again.

The name fits. Everything about my experience with them was "Premier". From the first showroom meeting through the final install, the service was excellent. Everyone I came into contact with was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Taylor was an awesome project manager. She and Major went above and beyond to make sure I had the look I wanted in the time I needed it. They were patient and helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get it right. Donald and Dallas did a great job with the installation! Even though it was new construction and had five rooms of countertops, they were pleasant, patient, skilled and meticulous. The one seam I had to have looks amazing - you have to look really hard to even see it! I would highly recommend Premier - and will DEFINITELY use them again when the need arises.

Our recent experience with Premier Surface and our team was the most stress free home improvement we have ever had. When we came to the showroom we were greeted by Mary and after a few questions she was able to help us with our selection of granite for our master bath at a great price. They were able to schedule an appointment for measurements within a few days and our job was complete the next week. All member of our team were very courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. It has been a long time if ever that we have had such a pleasant experience with a company and I will use there product and service again. I highly recommend them to anyone who is shopping for granite.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service we received from our Premier Surfaces team. It was excellent! Ashley M. worked tirelessly with us to find just the right stones for our bathroom counter tops and setting up all our appointments. Randy M., our measure technician was very courteous& professional and he was able to come early to take the measurements. The timing worked out perfectly for us. John S. & Kevin our installers were also very courteous & professional. They did a fantastic job installing our counter tops. They made sure they explained everything that they were doing and answered all of our questions. Every member of the team made sure we had all of our questions answered. It was obvious that every member of the team took pride in their work. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was awesome!
