I can’t say enough good things about Louie. He got here a little before 10 pm and left close to 11 pm. Not because he was late, but because that’s when we needed him. Plus, he charged the same as if he came at 10 am. Super nice guy. I highly recommend.

Even though he was booked solid with other clients, he graciously took the time to question me about my problem and gave me explicit instructions how how to fix the problem myself, saving me the cost of a house call. I spent a week searching for a bake element for my oven. I spent a day calling around to see if anyone carried the piece that I needed and could actually tell me what I needed from a description since my stove is so old all of the manufacturers info has disappeared. I can not remember the very nice man’s name who returned my call, but he told me what I needed, gave me a couple of options as to where I could get it, and spent much longer than he had to assuring me that I wasn’t going to burn my house down when I changed the element out. You just don’t find customer service like that any more, especially when there is nothing in it for the business. Thank you American Appliance for being so kind to me. I now have my oven back and I can get back to baking and doing laundry.

I called Mr. Louie about our Samsung refrigerator not working. He asked me several questions then he said before you pay me for a service call try what I tell you and wait 24 hours to restart it and see if it starts working again. He said if it doesn’t work then I will be there to check it out. The next day after starting the refrigerator it is working correctly. This is a very honest and professional gentleman that doesn’t want to charge you if he can tell you how to fix it yourself. We will use Louie for all our appliance repairs in the future. I called Louie a few days before Christmas at 4:45 p.m. regarding our refrigerator & freezer that was not cooling. He was on a commercial call but gave us a tip that might help until the following day, which it did. His wife said he would be out the next day. They came within the timeframe promised and immediately knew what the problem was. He called to find the new part and came back to repair it the same day. He even called the following morning to see if it was cooling properly. Louie was very prompt and pleasant to work with. We will consider him our go-to appliance repairman.
