From the start to the very end of the total experience, it was nothing but good. All of the people are knowledgeable, and friendly. So if you're looking to buy and have a generator installed, these are the people to use Auxiliary Power Systems believe me!

Very professional and attentive service. The technician was very knowledgeable and able to get our generator up and running without any issues. He also went out of his way to explain how the system worked and what to keep an eye on. The cost was fair and exactly what I was quoted when I scheduled my appointment. I will definitely continue to use Auxiliary Power Systems going forward and will recommend them to others.

Great support - I recently had an over-crank fault on my Generac 22KW home generator which require a service call; based on an email notification from the mobile link app. The lady who answered the phone at APS was extremely helpful recommending having my first annual service call a month early. She then linked me up with the scheduler who was able to have someone out in less than a week. The technician (Billy) arrived within the scheduled window and was very professional and friendly. He was able to get the generator running within a couple of minutes. He attributed the over-crank condition to the gas regulator. I had previously experienced my first over-crank fault 6 weeks ago and was able to clear the fault and completed a manual start. I had been unable to get the generator to start this time, despite it running through several attempts before the over-crank fault kicked in. Given the fact this was the second time in less than 2 months, I had the gas regulator replaced. The technician did a great job replacing the gas regulator and checking out the generator thoroughly before completing the first annual service. I was extremely pleased with everyone I dealt with at Auxiliary Power System, Inc, and thankful for having the annual service agreement in place, that limited my cost to the replacing the gas regulator only. Thank you for the great support!

From the very first call to request a quote for a home standby generator until the completion of installation the entire staff at Auxiliary Power Systems has been a pleasure to do business with. Ralf arrived on time at the time agreed on and was very knowledgeable in helping me determine the correct size generator for my home without trying to over sale. The office staff was very efficient in getting everything scheduled, nothing they scheduled had to be changed. Daryl and Joseph arrived on time ready to work and did an outstanding job with the installation under less than ideal weather conditions. I highly recommend A. P. S. to anyone looking for a home standby generator. They are great people to do business with.

Aux Power Systems installed my Generator in Aug 2012 and were paid $400 per year for maintenance while I traveled for a living. I took over maintenance now that I am home. This is the condition I found my battery in and what I found under my battery. Call to office manager Janice informed me that the tech responsible had been fired. She also assured me this is not acceptable and something would be done. I spoke to the General Manager and explained the situation, he said he would look at the several pics I provided and get back with me. I never heard directly from him again. His response on this via e-mail from Janice was "The tech you spoke to was Ralph Rooker who is our General Manager. He said to relay that we will be glad to renew your agreement at $400 per year for 2 visits and service the generator which includes cleaning the area where the battery is and repair any damage around the battery. We also offer an annual maintenance at $250." So basically I can pay more for work that was not done the 1st time I paid for it. No thanks. Find someone else to install and maintain your generator.
