Jim went through the house before we ever saw it and gave us a thorough inspection. His recommendations helped us when we spoke to the seller about details to be addressed, and helped us feel confident with our purchase. He provided a professional and well documented inspection for us. He responded promptly to our call and was at our house at the appointed time. He was affordable and made payment easy.
