I took all of the rear seat cushions and back deck cushions from my 2001 Maristar 230 to Coach Craft three weeks ago with the instruction that I didn’t need them until spring. Adam gave me a fair estimate and told me he would call me when they were ready. To my surprise, he called me to come pick them up last week. They were ready. Adam helped me match the existing fabric. And, it turned out to be perfect. They did a beautiful job. Next fall I plan to take my boat to them to replace all of the remaining upholstery.

My wife already did. It's gone. I would like to know what was puzzling. so much, specifically, from Mr. Mason. He seems to talk in generalities and doesn't address any issues. Pay in advance. Yeah, probably the only way to do business if you do the job he did. I really wish I could talk with potential customers and let them see what we ended up with. No quality control at all. He sure didn't earn what we paid him and I'm sure he won't address the individual issues. I'm glad that so many folks know me around Lake Martin and trust what I say.

The carpet install was good, we provided our own carpet. However, they didn't take pictures of how our pontoon boat was installed, so they covered over the removable side ladder holes, didn't put the ladder cups back in the floor, lost the ladder cups. They put the vinyl siding on the driver's side back in wrong so vinyl siding doesn't fit correctly. The ladder clips that were installed on the driver's side behind the seat were not returned, and we can't see how to install the new ones because the panel is on wrong. We took boat back once for them to fix a piece of sheet metal underneath the boat that somehow came loose during their repairs, and they also had to undo and move the side railing because it was positioned too far out and front gate could not latch. I left John a message asking how we might fix the side panel...no response. They seem like nice people, but are careless when reassembling a boat. They don't have quality control. My advice, if you hire them, is to take pictures before work begins, don't pay in advance, look over every single detail before you pay to make sure all items are in place, nothing is missing, etc. In reply to your comment, the only parts of the boat that we did something to was loosening the seats and removing the carpet. We never tried to loosen the cage since that was beyond our capabilities. The inside panel I mentioned was locked into place behind the steering console and attached to the boat cage/railing, and that also was something we never touched as it was part of the cage. So, when you got the boat, every part was intact like it was built in the factory except the seats were loosened and we had removed the carpet where we could..

Absolutely fantastic, first class service. Took my two Sea Ray boat tops to Pat and the gang at Coach Kraft. They were completely slammed with business but they promised they would work me in. They kept their word and did marvelous work and now the best part - - for less than their initial estimate. Professional work, on time, and on-cost is a true rarity in today's business world but that is exactly what you'll get at Coach Kraft.
