There really isn't much to the "showroom" from the standpoint of a retail customer. The heart of the business appears to be targeted toward contractors & builders and less to individual homeowners who may only need to replace a door or two.
If you are in need of door's and windows and moulding this is the place for you. Lowe's , Home depot and others get their supplies from here. The best in the Southeast delivery in the entire Southeastern United States. 100%on all products

2 bad experiences with quality of Barnet hollow core pr-hung doors. First set of doors, 18 doors, I had to re-route almost every mortise for the door hinges to seat properly. Second set of doors, 13 doors, the pre primed doors were prepped and sanded for paint. (sprayed). the finish in the picture is what i ended up with. This set also had the same issues with hinges but not all the doors. I'm a general contractor and have hung and painted thousands of doors. Manufacturing and materials are trash in my opinion. Average homeowner probably wouldn't notice this and a lot of contractors would look the other way, but I don't build average.

This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. It started with the local rep 1 year ago not placing our order for our doors and stealing money from the company while leading us on with promises the doors were being made. Finally, this was discovered and the company began to make our doors. 4 months later the doors are finally made and are being brought to our home for instillation only to fall off the transportation truck and shatter into pieces on the road. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer beware.

Still waiting on a warranty replacement for my french door glass with built in blinds. I live in north central AL (Warrior) and purchased all of my doors from Barnett, through my contractor, when we built our home. About 4 years ago, one of the built in blind inserts failed. After repeated phone calls, we were finally able to get a representative to our home to verify the problem, measure the insert, and order the replacement under warranty. Not sure if the latter happened or not because we haven’t seen nor heard from him since. I have left numerous voice messages for the representative and made calls to the main office, but they do not seem to be interested in honoring the warranty. I want to add that the lady on the phone at the main office was very polite and seemed concerned about my problem. She assured me that she would leave a message for the rep. That was over a year ago, still nothing. In the event that they actually read this review, I’m attaching photos to remind the rep of what the blind looks like. If they step up and correct the issue, I will update my review.
