Chairs were a little dirtier than expected, but customer service was great and will likely return again
Rented drapes and poles to use as a barrier/backdrop. They were complete junk!!!! The holes for the poles to interlock with each other were warped and would NOT hold the poles together. We were on grass, which was never asked and I didn’t know to tell them that. Had they sent anchors for the bases maybe, just mayyyybe we could’ve rigged them but the holes were still warped! I didn’t get to use a single piece of that mess. We took pictures to show them and when my husband took them back he tried explaining the problem. Just like when we picked them up 1 lady was incredibly rude. She did not care. Nothing is worse than an ungrateful, rude, unprofessional customer service worker. We will never use them again!!!

You’re correct, I was confused on what I needed because as it appeared on your website I ordered the wrong thing. I told you specifically what I needed it for and I rented what you suggested. Setting up the (empty) poles on flat concrete vs loaded with drapes on grass are 2 very different things. The poles (hook holes) are warped and there’s no denying that.
What would have been a successful resolution? Your demonstration to prove the poles were working correctly was a moot point considering the circumstances… concrete vs grass. So in the future for your other customers maybe express to them that the 8ft poles aren’t a good option if they would actually like them to stay erect and hold the drapes properly.
If that one lady wasn’t so rude from the jump maybe we could have had a clear conversation of what was needed. Her demeanour was so off putting that I was just ready to get the transaction done!! ABZ is great. Kind, professional, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. And they rent a wide variety of useful, everyday items. Highly recommend.

We rented a couple of sanders from ABZ for a home improvement project recently. The associates were very knowledgeable as to the tool operation and took time to answer our questions. The equipment was in good shape and we were able to get the job done quickly. I will be back next time I need more rental equipment.

They absolutely suck. I’ve been trying for THREE days to get a quote!! I called the first day, she couldn’t do reservations over the phone. So I told her what I wanted and she said she’d email me a quote. Next day still nothing. Called again to confirm she has the right email address and she asked AGAIN what all I needed quotes on. Gave her the list again and confirmed email. She said between 1-2 I’d have an email. Here we are, day THREE!!!! Still absolutely NOO QUOTE. so, I emailed her myself. STILL NOTHING. Completely uncalled for. Lack of communication at its finest. If you’re too busy for new reservations just say that!!!!!!
