The Hahn’s and the entire staff are so nice and helpful with any questions and concerns I have. The technicians are courteous and always make sure I am well taken care of! I could not recommend a better company!

Burnum-Hahn always gets all of my issues handled quickly and efficiently. They are a great company with amazing staff. I had carpenter bees and they have treated and fixed my problem! Now I can repaint my door and not worry about the bees anymore.

I highly recommend using Burnum-Hahn for your pest control needs. We have used them for 10 years and have been very happy with their services. The people who come out to do the inspections have all been professional and very nice. They have always been respectful of our home and property. We have no plans to ever use another pest control company!

BURNHAM HAHN WASTED OUR ENTIRE DAY Burnham Hahn Sentricon System maintenance. Any other year, I would rate Burnham Hahn a five star. We’ve used them for two residences in Tuscaloosa. Today was our day. We were told and notified arrival 8-5. Comcast in their worst days was better than that. My wife called the office and reminded them that would wait and give the technician the check. We waited and waited. Finally after noon I called to inquire when he would arrive. The answer was between 8-5. I knew he wasn’t coming before 1pm because it was 12:58pm. I asked again and was told after 3:30pm. We had waited the entire day. If Brian, the technician, had taken a minute to call and text us to notify us of his time of arrival, we could have enjoyed our day. He knew we were waiting for him to pay him on arrival but he didn’t care his client was waiting the entire day. Instead Brian blamed the office. When we lived in Florida, we used Bryan Pest Control. The technician would call first thing in the morning to give us the arrival time. In addition, he would call to tell us he was on the way. Burnham Hahn, my suggestion is customer service training for the technician and evaluate your procedures. Ben Colburn has terrific customer service skills, I’m sure he would share with Brian. Ben is a real credit to your company. I’m sure he notifies his clients of his arrival time.
