Jeff listened to our needs and gave us the system that brings complete and total peace of mind. He was professional and made us feel confident that our security would be in the right hands. The installation team was professional, arrived on time, and left zero mess to clean up after the fact. Thank you again to the Old AR Alarm Company. You just can't buy peace of mind like this. 5 stars!
We hired them to put in our security panels and were happy. So, we hired them to put in our camera system. The owner came out, walked the property, and gave a quote. However, after that, things went south. Communication within their company did not exist. They invoiced us thousands, not in the quote, because the owner said in his own words, “Yes, I screwed up and made a mistake. Yeah, thousands of dollars blunder. The owner kept saying he would make it right and change internal policies inside the company due to our job. Never cut any dollars off their mistakes, said they did, but cannot provide that proof. The owner didn't quote what we asked; he said, “Yeah, I should have paid better attention to your system before I quoted it. We paid the bill in full, and they walked away with our money say “Oh well” we messed up but were still sticking it to you. I will be turning them over to the Better Business Bureau next. This the company gets a hard F from my family. Be warned!!!

Everyone that we worked with from Old Arkansas Alarm Co was professional, courteous, and thorough. They provide excellent service and are kind and personable as well!

I wanted to give a shout out to Old Arkansas Alarm Co. I had been with a nationally known residential alarm company for the past 5 years but decided to go with Old Arkansas Alarm. They are a veteran and locally owned, small town business with an emphasis on customer service. Our install was scheduled for this morning and was completed in under 1 1/2 hrs. With state of the art equipment and professional service we're extremely satisfied. I know the owners and served alongside one of them in the USAF. I know the integrity and values of this company are second to none. If you're looking for an alarm system for your home or if have a National brand where you talk to automated recordings and you're looking for a change, give these guys a shot. They bring the down home, we got your back mentality to you. Locally operated and there for the customer.
