Carlos was recommended to us by our former neighbor. He does what he says he is going to do. He even worked on a Saturday and a Sunday to keep on schedule. He said that it would take 2 weeks to chisel off all of the old plaster, remove the tile, prep the wall for tile replacement, replace the tile and replaster. He kept to the schedule and even did extra things to update our pool and give it a more modern look. He has his own crew for each aspect of the job. He also has his own equipment and trucks to perform the work. He does not have to wait for anyone to move to the next phase of the project. That is why he can completely build a new pool in 4 weeks. You can tell that he knows his craft and his workers were polite, worked hard and cleaned up the work site. He takes pride in his work and it shows. We are extremely pleased with his work and already have recommended him to our neighbor and a friend. I am not sure why you would use anyone else.
Carlos and his team did an amazing job building our pool! We would highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting a pool! Carlos is very nice and easy to work with!

We talked and met with several different pool companies about our pool and patio area that needed a facelift. We weren’t comfortable with their ideas. And frankly, they didn’t seem that interested since it was a renovation. And then Carlos Sanchez came into our lives (he was working on our neighbors pool and they were extremely pleased). He had great ideas but also really listened to what we wanted. From beginning to end, it was a great experience. Carlos and his excellent crew were hard working, very precise, and timely. I would have imagined this project would take months and instead it was just a couple of weeks. I’d recommend him to anyone! We are grateful for what feels like a brand new pool and patio area that we’ll enjoy for years to come!

Carlos was amazing to work with! Listened to all of our questions and concerns. Offered 3D imaging of our space. Completed the project in the time frame we discussed. Not our first go around with a pool company, hands down the best we’ve worked with! Couldn’t be happier.

Carlos and his team did a great job, I would highly recommend them for your new pool install, he told me 4 weeks to complete the project, and by god he was finished in less time than that by a few days, not to mention the week of rain we had. Finished on 5/9 just in time for Memorial Day. If you do not use Carlos, I wish you the best with whoever you use. They did everything they said they would do. Thanks,

Carlos is great. When he first came out I told him what I wanted, a freeform pool. He provided a very fair price and I was happy so we signed the contract...the only downside is that he is so busy that it was about 6 months before he could start. That's great for Carlos and his crew to stay so busy but we wanted the pool quicker, who doesn't? So he started almost to the day he promised 6 months earlier. For the size of my pool and everything we wanted it was less than 2.5 months from beginning to completion. Not 6 months like other pool installers give...Very happy about that. The pool is amazing and so is the waterfall. If there was anything I had a question about or if I didn't really like something, Carlos would fix it or change it. He has provided information for other contractors to do the fireplace, pool maintenance, and pool cover. I am so glad we used Carlos and his guys. I also know if there is ever anything in the future, Carlos will take care of it or point me in the correct direction. I don't know who the guy is who gave him a 1-star review but it sounds like it was probably a competitor who is jealous of the business Carlos is doing in Arkansas....Good job Carlos and thank you for everything!!!!
If you want an inground pool that looks good and is built by a contractor who is not going to rip you off, you need to call Carlos, you will not regret it.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Carlos and his crew and the finished product exceeded our expectations. Carlos was extremely responsive and meticulous throughout the entire process and I would most definitely recommend him to anyone considering putting in a pool.

5 stars are just not enough to give Carlos and his team!! They were amazing to work with and our pool is all we could have imagined!! He is very meticulous about the work and is always there to make sure everything is done correctly!! Even with several days of rain we were swimming in just under 4 weeks!!!! I would say that if you are interested in a pool you would be better off with Carlos than anyone else!! Joe and I feel like we have some great friends now in Carlos and Robert!!!
