If you are looking for granite for your home or business this is the place to go!! They have a great selection of granite with a range of prices to fit any budget! Nicole and her sister are precious to work with! Westley came out to measure and was super to deal with and very precise in measuring. Last but certainly not least is Oscar and his helper! So polite! So clean! They did not leave a mess at all! They took their time and did the job right!!! I LOVE MY COUNTERTOPS!!!

They did a amazing job on my kitchen remodel. Nicole did a great job showing me options that would look great. I came in with a idea and after she showed me a few different ideas I changed my idea and I could not be happier with the way things came out! And hands down to the best install crew. I got a phone call at about 3 saying they are running late that if it was alright they would still be out that afternoon to do my install. I didn't have anything going so I said that would be fine. They showed up at about 6 that afternoon and instead of rushing through the job to get out of there on a friday night they stayed until 9:30-10 that night!!! And they did a fantastic job! Everyone there was helpful with everything I asked for. And the process was quick and smooth! I have a few more projects going on in a remodel and i will definitely be back for more countertops!

This is my second purchase from McElroy. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I can tell you right off, I traveled to several other countertop businesses in the area and on I-30 for quotes. McElroy, by far, had the best prices both times so save yourself some time and gas...dont bother with the others... Nicole is great to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable. She is hard to get ahold of on the first call but leave her a message and she will call back. I almost think she is running the entire shop, sales, phones, accounting etc so she is busy. Just email her or leave her a voice mail and she will get back to you. Both projects, BJ came to measure, he was wonderful, a little quiet but got his work done quickly. On the second countertop, BJ had to come out a total of three times to remeasure when I changed things up. He never complained and did what was needed. The countertops were installed on the date that was promised. The installers were incredible and went above and beyond. Due to the concrete guys, the floor was completely unlevel. The installers made sure every countertop was completely level which took a lot more time than a normal job. The countertops look awesome and I am a very happy customer, again. I would refer any potential customer who needs a countertop directly to them. If you insist on getting other quotes, have at it but you will be back to McElroy. The customer service is great and the entire process was seamless.

We had a terrible experience with this company. Just now posting this review because we have been giving them time to make things right. We placed our order in March of last year. Countertops were not installed until July. Those countertops were cracked in multiple places. When they finally sent someone to check on them they said they could be fixed and added some substance to the cracks. It looked terrible so they agreed to replace the cracked kitchen countertops. It was December before before those countertops were replaced. In the process of installing those new countertops a gas line to the stove was cut and the installer called 911. That lead to our gas meter being pulled. In order to get our gas meter back, a lot of work had to be done. It was an expensive job. We were one week without gas...no hot water, no heat in December. We did not ask for for them to accommodate us during this time. We trusted that because of the error of their installation lead to this bill, McElroy would pay in full what we were charged just to be able to get our gas meter back. They have not done so. Communication with this company has been awful. My husband has had to contact them numerous times to get them to even return his calls. We will never do business with this company again. Not because our countertops are not pretty. But almost a year later they have cost us MUCH MUCH more than they should have. We certainly do not feel like we were treated well as customers. It was an accident, yes. But it was their accident. We certainly had high expectations that has a reputable company that had been recommended to us they would do better by their customers. We are terribly disappointed. Hope to save someone else the same disappointment.
